Dr. Lisa M Jaacks

I've seen several doctors through the years and complained of pain, to which they just threw pills at me. Dr. Jaacks listened to me for 5 minutes and immediately had a plan in place to find the cause and treat accordingly! MINUTES VS YEARS, absolutely adore her. Looking forward to continued care.

First visit was educational and comforting. I was thoroughly impressed. Let's see where this relationship goes from here!

Dr. Lisa Jaacks is an outstanding physician and surgeon. She is beyond skilled at using the Da Vinci robot and my recovery after surgery was pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Lisa Jaacks.

Dr. Jaacks listens intently and delivers problem solving strategies for each of my pain issues. I've gone from chronic pain (for years) to none. She has been able to help me, using various pain relieving and healing procedures, where my previous gynos and uros have not. She is a jewel and a Godsend!

I was treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Jacks was very through in her assessment of my situation. I appreciate the time she spent with me and feel very confident with the treatment plan she discussed with me.

She is absolutely wonderful. Her bed side manner is impeccable. She is the kind of doctor you want on your side because she listens. I was worried that I couldn't find another doctor like my old gynecologist that retired. But she is absolutely a wonderful person as well as doctor. I highly recommend her, you will lover her!

Excellent physician and surgeon. Had a hysterectomy and she did a minimally invasive procedure and barely a scar. She has the best bedside manner and her staff is superior. I would highly recommend Dr. Jaacks and her staff. Thank you for taking great care of me.

I had my consult with Dr Jaacks and I was thoroughly impressed! I’m a very difficult patient as I’ve had numerous surgeries and cancer, I’ve got scar tissue etc to be concerned with. I came to her as she was highly recommended for her ability to do reconstructive surgeries on pelvic , bladder etc as well as an OB/GYN dr. My case is complicated due to having a hysterectomy years ago and lack of Estrogen and now turning 60! Because of previous breast cancer I could not take estrogen. I’ve been going through chronic bladder infections and now a prolapsed bladder so she talked at length with me going over all details of a plan for me! I feel very confident in her ability to help me and she put me at ease going forward with surgery and prescribed the lowest dose of topical and lotion estrogen replacements so I will get benefit from them to strengthen my internal tissues and skin and overall estrogen loss issues!

I had a couple confusing pregnancy test readings because a couple came back positive while one was negative at my primary care docs office, I had explained to Dr. Jaacks this and that I haven’t had any spotting. Before the pregnancy test results I had taken at the begin of the appointment came back, she was so sure I had a chemical pregnancy. Immediately after this information, she was giving me options for contraceptives? Maybe because I’m younger and she thought I wasn’t purposely trying to get pregnant? I’m not sure but it rubbed me the wrong way. When we got the results she came back in and said “Okay well you are pregnant” almost like she wasn’t disappointed in herself she was wrong and right after that she told me because I wasn’t spotting I will probably have a miscarriage? She followed up with saying she would put an order for blood labs in but gave me no other information and never put in an order for an ultrasound appt for me. I feel she definitely didn’t take me or my concerns seriously and you can DEFINITELY tell she doesn’t like to be wrong! I wasn’t very comfortable in a place i felt i should have been and just thought i’d share my experience. Dr. Jaacks is a great doctor. The problem is with getting to see her. I have tried to get into her office for a wellness check for 2 months now, and can't get an appointment, and I've been her patient for 13 years now. Unacceptable.

She delivered our first son and was fantastic. That’s why I knew this year, the only one I would trust to do my hysterectomy would be her! She’s apart of our family for sure!

Dr. Jaacks delivered our first son on thanksgiving day 2008! She was fantastic! So I knew I would trust nobody else but her to do my hysterectomy! She is def part of our family! I can’t say enough how much we love her and appreciate her!

My sister went to her with a tumor under her left arm. It was so large that that even I could feel it. It was a hard lump. Because the mammogram came back negative, Dr. Jaacks told her to come back in 6 months. My sister persisted and asked for a biopsy. She was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer!!! Isn't this why doctors due the physical exam??? To check for lumps??? My sister lost her battle to this terrible disease. Dr. Jaacks was one in a long line of incompetent doctors that my sister had to deal with after her initial diagnosis until she finally ended up at Mayo. First line of diagnosis and treatment with triple negative is crucial!!! Valuable time was stolen from us because of the initial incompetence of these healthcare factories. I love Dr jaacks she's amazing at everything she does and always the best listening ear and she is the best doctor I've ever had

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I had my first visit with Dr. Jaacks. She's rude, unprofessional, aggressive, has no bedside manner and needs sensitivity training. She was asking me questions about my miscarriage and then cut me off while answering and said what I had told her about what happened couldn't be true, basically calling me a liar. She only has 11 years experience and is NOT a high risk dr. My last OB who tested my placenta after the last miscarriage had 40+ years exp and was a high risk dr but sh

I saw Dr Jaacks for a complete pelvic prolapse. She repaired my bladder, cystocele, urethra repair, bladder sling and an interior (vaginal side) Rectocele with mesh repair. Without going into a huge long post let’s just say that she is only nice when you are clueless to anything she does and don’t dare question her! She is absolutely amazing!!! Well worth the wait to see her. She listens to concerns and handles them efficiently!!!

Dr. Jaccks is the best i had my son 2014 she was amazing and my delivery was so easy thanks God!!! And my second pregnancy didnt finish i had to do surgery she was so supportive thank you so much for every help you give to us i love you...????????????
