Anand Lapsi

I am very disappointed with this physician and the apparent lack of organization and professionalism of his staff. My wife was scheduled for procedure and was informed by Dr. Lapsi that said procedure will be performed at a given facility. The afternoon before the appointed date, my wife was told by Dr. Lapsi's staff that a) Dr. Lapsi won't be in to perform the procedure, and b) Dr. Lapsi does not perform said procedure at the facility where he and his staff scheduled my wife to go. Regardless of the circumstances that prevents Dr. Lapsi to show up for the procedure, he and/or his staff should have the professional courtesy to a) inform the patient PROMPTLY, and not at the last minute; and b) check FIRST that the instructions that he and his staff give the patients are accurate and updated. I've seen better service at the DMV.
