Dr. Andrew Yuh Chao

When Andy was our physician in St. Louis, he was also a friend, a treasure to our entire family.

Their customer service is the worst. they never answer the phones after a long time waiting period. I tried to call them 5 times to take appointment as a new patient but no response and the phones constantly disconnected. don't try to contact them you will be disappointed

Customer service is the worst, I saw reviews for Dr. chao and I called to make an appointment but the lady answering the phone was being very rude, I asked for her name and she said Lizeth, she wasn’t helpful at all,I was trying to find more information about this place and she had an attitude she was being very rude not helpful at all. Very thorough on his exam, his explainations are clear and have also referred him to others with the same feedback as mine. I highly recommend him.

Best doctor my husband and I have ever had. Very caring, attentive and explained every details of our heath reports. We couldn't be happier to have him as our PCP. His office's staffs are wonderful as well. They informed and reminded us from Dr appointment to all necessary tests...

Dr. Chao was very thorough in diagnosing my problem and understanding of my pain.

Dr Chao, extremely professional took the time to get to know me. I highly recommend him.
