The system that this facility uses needs to be changed especially when it comes to NEXT OF KIN, in obtaining full information as to the where about there brother or sister is located when they have been moved to another Hospital Facility, that can be done by entering the profile of the blood brother or sister and matching NEXT OF KIN

Sept/12/2014 I went in person to make an appointment to the new Presbyterian hospital,passed the volunteers area and went to a receptionist and try to make a Radiology appointment, was informed " By phone only" Contacted three employees of radiology, all three asked same questions and each one told me that she would call me back. It never happened.
