I am not very happy with my experience. I have had three instances that were very unpleasant over the past 1.5 years. I requested them to complete paperwork, it took them over a month to send it completed (it was sent incomplete several times missing signatures, dates, and answers to questions). When I asked to speak with the manager she was very rude and continued to make excuses and false claims that it was sent. I also have been denied to be seen for allergies as they "will not see sick patients"; I was given a tele health appointment in which they obviously could not check my lungs, when asked about this they informed me I would probably be asked to get an xray... so more money out of my pocket for what reason exactly? My biggest issue is with the front staff, I worked in a doctor office for several years and recognized that i was working with patients that have elevated stress levels and did my best to never become combative. The second issue is that they always need to be right... which is bad customer service. A few staff were good though Dr. Spreitzer and Ziegler are amazing... they are the only reason I stayed as long as I did! I am not very happy with my experience. I became a patient of Dr. Hirsch 4 years ago when my former physician left Horizon Medical, and he is by far the best doctor I have ever had. While appointment timeslots are often 15 minutes or less, he really listens to what you have to say and explains things very thoroughly. He is NOT a doctor who is going to prescribe you whatever and send you on your way, he actually takes the time to research what your ailment may be & follows up. This approach is what found two disorders that I have that other doctors missed for YEARS. My quality of life has been greatly improved because of Dr. Hirsch.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hirsch for about 15 years and actually saw him maybe twice in all that time. I like the pa’s there but they are not doctors and I am paying to see a doctor. I would not recommend this office if you like myself like to get what your paying for not to mention they’re phlebotomy dept whom you made an appointment with then they just text you to tell you your appointment has been cancelled and that if you still want to come in then you should call to schedule another appointment.

Worst Dr I have ever gone to. The front end staff are truly rude. Dr Hirsch tries to be 'that cool Dr that curses, like on the TV show "Better Things". Epic fail. I expect a Dr to listen & act in a professional manner, he did neither.

The nurses and doctors are absolutely fantastic; a special shoutout to Kaitlyn who keeps me laughing. I highly recommend this practice. ????

Very nice person. Reluctant to give advise or commit to a view on approach. Leaves much of the decision making up to the patient. So if that's your preference, good. No doubt competent and experienced but cleared forced to adhere to limited amount of time with patients. Say little of some aggressive bill payment policies via Horizon. If this weren't a time when doctors were maneuvered into group practice, I think he's be a better physician for it.

Excellent! Took time to address all my concerns, and answer all my questions.

Dr. Hirsch can put me at ease. He takes the time to actually talk with you and give you details about things that need to be done with my health. Thank you.

my entire family has been going to Dr. Hirsh and his colleagues for almost 20 years now. I cannot imaging going to another dr. Love everything about them. from the first phone call to the end results, they're fantastic!

I've been going to Dr. Hirsch for over 20 years and would not trust anyone else with my health. He is always far ahead of the curve on many medical treatments (he was prescribing probiotics in the 90's, way before they were fashionable) and is extremely thorough and attentive. Dr. Hirsch is the most empathetic, caring, common sensical doctor I've ever had. And Kerry Gomulka is incredible. I called at 11:AM, was seen by Kerry at 12:30. Amazing!

I think this man is a God send. He has been my Doctor since 2000. I have never met a more wonderful, caring man such as he is. Many of my friends now go to him and they feel the same way. He's a wonderful doctor. Often times if I call with a problem, they tell me to come right in. They really care about their patients. The office is inviting and clean. The staff is the best. Sometimes I have to wait a bit because he doesn't rush the patient he's with. He asks questions and answers. I trust him

Unfortunately this office and set of doctors/nurses etc should learn how not to violate a patients rights by blurting out one's private information in front of a packed waiting room. I then told them that they were ridiculous for what they had just done . After that I then filed a complaint against them which they in turn discharged not only myself as a patient from them but also my wife my son as well as my father. I suppose they also plan to discharge my brothers as well Laughable company

Dr.Hirsch takes the time to explain things to you he does not rush you. If you call with a question you receive a answer the same day.
