Dr. Andrew Todd Marshall

With chronic back pain I consulted with Dr Marshall. He listened intently to my experiences over the past 12 years and the drugs that I was taking to allay the pain after four back operations. Doctor Marshall prescribed a combination of painkillers and muscle relaxant to manage my problems. Very impressed by his refusal to quit quickly and offer me painkillers. His advice was targeted towards a better lifestyle where the pain occurred less often or never hopefully. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Dr Marshall to anyone who has been offered nothing but painkillers to manage a chronic situation. Great service. Very thorough and friendly

I have a patient of Dr Marshall for more than 20 years Dr Marshall and his staff has always been professional , courteous and accommodating . Always on time and I never feel rushed while asking questions I would absolutely recommend Dr Marshall to anyone

If I could get my money back for my insurance I would. Waste of time, worst Doctor I’ve ever seen by far seemed like he didn’t care at all. Already made another appointment to see another specialist. Will never go back there. Asked for a doctors line for work, wrote “nc” on it.. well obviously what else would he put if he did absolutely nothing for me but waste my time. I have been a patient there for decades. The demands of being a health care provider have really changed over all of this time... but over the years, I have found that Dr. Glickman has been kind, caring, and concerned... He has a good sense of humor, and never rushed an visit. I have used him for most of my adult life (and I am getting fairly 'mature'...by now)... Besides feeling comfortable, and knowing that he is listening... I will say, that he is The Best at drawing Blood, of any that I have had. (my arm is grateful). I have history of colon cancer and polyps, had pre-cancerous polyp removed and wanted to speak to Dr. Marshall about it, but he has not gotten back to me, I don't feel satisfied consulting with an office receptionist about it since I am at higher than normal risk for colon cancer.

Find a more caring and thorough doctor. Mom had been in severe pain and he said she should go to ER. No explanations or suggestions about diet or what's causing pain. Complete waste of time.

Dr. Marshall’s office lacks complete professionalism. As a new patient I have tried to make a second appointment to be see by the Doctor. Let me start off by saying they do not have evening hours, which is difficult enough, so getting an appointment you have to work around their schedule. My attempts to be seen by the Doctor have been ongoing for the last month, at this point I have given up and will no longer be a patient of Dr. Marshall’s. Due to my experience, and the lack of professionalism my advice would be to find a doctor who will make the patient a priority, because after all and at the end of the day, your health should come first, and I haven’t received that kind of care from this practice. If I had not already paid for a consultation I would find someone else. So far they have cancelled a consult and now a procedure. This negates any pros to me.

My healthcare provider had changed once I got married, so I haven’t been to this office in 2 years. The nurses have always been rude and unwelcoming, but this was my families PCP so I didn’t want to switch to a new physician. Today I called for an appointment thinking I had the flu, and they turned me away told me to go to an urgent care. And I’m glad that I did because urgent care was attentive and helpful. I look forward to finding a new PCP who takes interest and wants to help their patients instead of referring them to other doctors to do the same. I had gone to Dr. Marshall on a Mon. after feeling flu like symptoms on Sun. Said I had a flu virus and was not eligible for Tamiflu which should only be given in the first 48 hours of symptoms. I was so why he didn't prescribe is beyond me. Went home laid in bed for 4 days with persistent cough, aches, fever that didn't get better. Sat. morning called office to see him refused to give me an appointment. Used receptionist as intermediary to try to schedule appt. dr. said he had no time to see me
