A great doctor fun and caring. All office people are great to work with

After receiving a threatening letter to remove my previous review and at my wife's insistence I reluctantly deleted my unfavorable comments. I said nothing that wasn't true about my experience with this office! If you want a good review then you must do better.

Dr. Carroll has taken care of me for the past 2 years. In that tiny timespan he has gotten my diabetes under control and helped me get my numbers to good levels. Before i saw him I was a wreck and he helped me get my health under control. Forever grateful.

Been a patient for a number of years. I am so glad to have picked Dr. Carroll as my endocrinologist. Dr is knowledgable in his field and takes his time to explain the issue at hand and develop relationships with his patients. Best endocrinologist in the tri-state area. Demonstrates great care and empathy coupled with FACE board member expertise. I have trusted him with my healthcare for over 12 years and have never questioned that trust.

One of the kindest doctors I have met, which is rare to find - we need more doctors like him. He answered all of my questions with thoughtfulness, a smile and patience. Finding Dr. Carroll has been so encouraging.

I was am a current patient and I called to make an appointment. They told me they don't take my insurance anymore. I called my insurance company to confirm and they told me that was not true. I then call back the Dr. office and they told because I have not been there in a while (I was fine and didn't need to see the dr!!) that I am now considered a new patient and they need to ask the Dr if he is willing to see me. And I never heard back from them. I have been going there since 2015 and when I need medical assistance that's how they treat me. I would recommend people look elsewhere in the case you are okay and don't need to see the dr because you could be dropped from this office. Very disappointed and shameful! Horrendous customer service, and dismissive front desk staff- I was NOT greeted upon arrival. I called to say I would be five minutes behind and was told no problem. I arrived and the front desk staff was busy on the telephone and so I signed in and waited politely for the receptionist to finish with her call. She finished and never said ONE word to acknowledge me and I waited for ten whole minutes. A white gentleman came in and he was greeted enthusiastically and was serviced immediately. After he was done, I waited an additional 15 minutes before finally approaching the counter and asking for a new patient paperwork and was told abruptly “we will be right with you.” I stood at the desk and looked at he recetionist and then she said abruptly told me to “fill out the paperwork there” pointing to a clipboard. She asked for my insurance card and ID and handed it to her. Once she was done she placed in down on the counter, ignoring my open hand to receive my cards. Even after that, I sat and waited for another ten minutes without anyone asking me for the copay, or anything else. Meanwhile, three other individuals were helped while I sat. Includeded in the new patient paperwork I was given was a document stating I must leave an imprint of my credit card so that after 14 days, I would be billed for whatever my insurance did not cover. It is my understanding that most insurance may take 15-30 days to cycle out. I gathered my things and left. I WILL NEVER RETURN nor do I recommend any individual who is not white to visit the office. I was very disgusted at the obvious racist treatment I received. No thanks. I work too hard to spend my money at an establishment that doesn’t doesn’t treat their patrons with respect. He's a great doctor I'm very happy with him

Dr Carroll is verse and very knowledgeable. But the most important factor is his personality. He is meek and a very humble person. He listens to his patient and explains everything to them. Could find a cooler doctor.

I receive the best treatment and owe my life to Dr. Carroll. I might not be alive if Dr. Carroll did not thoroughly diagnose my thyroid issue and begin a treatment that brought me back to life! It is very rare in today's medical environment to cross paths with a caring doctor who not only has amazing knowledge in his field but has sincere compassion for the individual and a great sense of humor. My husband Philip Gines is a new patient and my husband said that the office staff and Dr. Carroll made him feel very welcomed. My husband is from Puerto Rico and he did not feel any discrimination what so ever. Dr. Carroll was very caring and kind and gave him hope that he will be able to get his condition under control. My husband quoted what Dr. Carroll said "I enjoy a challenge - do not worry it is my job to make you healthy and we will work together to achieve this". As the other patients have stated, Dr. Carroll is very caring and has wonderful bedside manners. His skills as doctor are well known throughout the medical field. My husband's primary physician highly recommended Dr. Carroll and I researched him as well. We are looking forward to Dr. Carroll's medical services. Dr. Carroll has taken the time to answer all my questions and really explain things to me so I can understand all of my options. He is patient and kind. His staff has been helpful as well.

Great, Kind and Compassionate Dr. Explains everything very thoroughly, and I never feel embarrassed or shy to ask any questions, and he never makes you feel like you taking up too much of my time. I wish all of my Dr's were like this! All staff there is wonderful too! Always so helpful! Plus I never wait! Always to quick to see him, he respects his patients time as well!

Dr. Carroll's office runs efficiently. Never waited more than 30 minutes & never felt rushed. He explains his medical decisions, actually gets to know his patients. But here's my concern: I have a thyroid disorder, it's disruptive. I don't think Dr. Carroll can honor that. I get exhausted quickly & was given the impression that I just need to learn to live w/it. On my own I began the keto diet & it changed my life. I'm resentful that he never discussed this option.

Dr. Carroll has been a great listener and answers all my questions clearly so that understand what choices I have. Feel like I’m in good hands. His office staff has been very helpful as well.

Dr. Carroll is a competent and caring doctor. He fully explains things and takes whatever time is needed to help his patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Carroll is a super-doc. Up to date on the latest medications and treatments. Great bedside manner and calls personally to follow up. I never feel rushed and he spends as much time with me as I need until all my questions are answered. Highly recommend!

Dr Carroll is passionate about giving His patients excellent care and it shows by the staff he has working for Him. One of the best!

My name is Mariann Lichinchi Dr Carroll is my doctor for many years.My whole family is under his care. Dr. Carroll is one of a kind you don't find doctors anymore that go above a nd beyond for there patients anymore. I absolutely recommend Dr. Carroll as your doctor

I was referred to Dr. Carroll by my cardiologist to manage my diabetes. After having seen 3 other endocrinologists who could not help me manage my disease, I was thrilled at how knowledgeable Dr. Carroll was regarding the newest medications and at his kind bedside manner. I am in much better health and grateful to him and his terrific staff for their professionalism and care!

Dr. Carroll always takes time with you and is never rushing you out of the office or through the appointment. He's willing to discuss options in care and takes into account what YOU want to do.

The doctor Did a procedure on me incorrectly which came out inconclusive never giving me the option of doing it somewhere else where it could have been done the correct way . The docter advised me to wait 6 months and moniter the growth... I did not wait, when I did go and do the painfull prosedure again The results came back as cancerous. Instead of the doctor calling me he had a secretary call and give me the bad news
