Dr. Andrew C Roberts

Went in for a bladder infection. Had two days left of antibiotics left when I came in. Doctor only prescribed prostate medication and said come back in two weeks. The office is in disarray and they sent over 3 prescriptions, which I had to get two cancelled. Since, the doctor failed to prescribe more antibiotics I still have the infection and am going to another doctor to get back on antibiotics to get rid of the infection. He should have ordered a blood test while I was there and failed to do that also. I won't be going back.

My experience with Dr. Roberts today was very good. He was a very caring and compassionate Dr.. I am very glad to have found him.

Dr Roberts had replaced a stent in her bladder once before and had been replaced 2 times before he replaced it with a now retired Dr Got to the office and was sent to get an xray of the stents location Got to the office for the visit and Dr Roberts remember me and during the office visit he found out I had a stroke 2 years ago and a heart attact in 2017. He left to talk to his nurse and when she came in said he now requires a Heart Dr to give a ok to replace the stent Told the nurse that he did not require one the last time he replaced it Being 80 years old and on a fixed income I just refuse to get more Dr"s involved with added expense Just does not seem right to have changed it before and now requires more expense I am in the process of CHANGING DOCTOR'S

I HAVE SEEN DR ROBERTS FOR MANY YEARS AND WAS VERY PLEASED. I NEED HIM TO GIVE ME SOME GUIDANCE FOR MY WIFE. SHE HAS SEVERE LEAKY BLADDER AND HAS SEEN 2 UROLOGIST IN THE FT WORTH AREA. SHE HAS BINSWANGER DISEASE AND THEY ARE ALL SAYING THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. DO YOU THINK YOU COULD HELP OR KNOW OF SOMETHING OR SOMEONE THAT COULD HELP HER?? WE HAVE MOVED FROM EAST TEXAS TO BOYD, TX WHICH IS WEST OF FT WORTH. PLEASE RESPOND. MY PHONE IS 903-570-2730
