I loved DR. Vallery she delivered my daughter she’s very professional and nice and understanding and she listened to everything I have concerns about and she have taken care of it in a very professional way she made me feel very very comfortable

I found Dr. Kristen Vallery by reading reviews and doing research online, after having difficulty with the previous OBGYN, that I had. This time I hit the jack pot, Dr.Vallery is such a wonderful Dr. To have. She made sure I was healthy and that my pregnacy was a healthy one as well. She has been very informative, caring, and understanding to me. If you could see me, my expression towards Dr. Vallery would be gratitude that can't be measured, she is more than great.

I was trying to schedule a appointment to see Dr. Vallery. She was highly referred. But when trying to schedule a appointment the guy at the desk was so rude. I understand if connection was bad but his responses and attitudes turned me away. I do not want to deal with constant problems at the front desk when I am going through this change with my body for 9 months.

Dr.Vallery is great! But her staff-front office staff, they are absolutely not helpful ! It is so difficult to see Dr.Valler- Every my visit, I need to wait 30minutes- 1.5 hours which passing my appointment time to see the doctor. One time I even waited for 3 hours! Last visit they made me to wait for one hour and 45 minutes, during the time I asked twice how long time I need to wait And when you call the front office, the staff are rude. One time I just want to check if there were an available appointments on a certain day, and they asked me 10 more questions which very detailed about my visiting—it takes like 10 minutes, and after then she told me they don’t have any available spots!! Then Why don’t you tell me at the begging, why you asked so many detailed medical reasons!? Dr.Vallery should to move her office to the other location with different staff!! Dr.Vallery is great! Dr. Vallery was amazing during my pregnancy and delivery. Her and her staff always made me feel Like I was welcome there and always reassured me with my concerns. I definitely always recommend her to my friends if they are looking for a great OB

The best experience ever! To the office staff and Dr. Vallery. Everyone was kind, considerate and professional. My last OB experience was awful, I searched and searched for a new Doctor and they came highly recommended and I was not disappointed at all. Kudos to you and your staff Dr. Vallery!

I would've given this review a 5 star . Dr. Vallery was wonderful, and I highly recommend her. She delivered my first child at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital, her services and the hospital made for a wonderful delivery experience. l felt completely comfortable and confident with her and would absolutely recommend her to any friends .

Dr. Gallery is the best OB/GYN I’ve ever experienced. She is a great listener and makes conversation open and comfortable. Her exam techniques were customized to me. I’m recommending her to all my friends.

I have called many times for them to remove my nexplanon implant (birth control). All they say is they sent in the request. It has been almost two months and still no call back on if they will take it out. I have a lot of side effects from the implant and I need to get it removed!

Dr. Vallery!!!!! The best! I still talk about how lucky i was to have her 2 years after having my son. She is amazing! Treated us like we were family everytime we went. She even came and checked up on us the day after i had my son in her pajamas before work. My sister got pregnant a year later, and i had to see her as well & she loved her just as much! Dr. Vallery was there for me in every step in my pregnancy. She made me feel like a priority. The way she listened to my concerns and addressed them. I had a fairly difficult labor being high-risk and Dr. Vallery delivered my baby at 1am!!! She was there the very next day bright and early. I’m going to miss having her as my OBGYN only because I recently moved from the area. Thank you, Dr. Vallery! Dr. Vallery was there for me in every step in my pregnancy. Dr. Vallery is the best gynecologist I have ever gone to. I am 67 and have experienced a lot of female issues in my lifetime, such as yeast and bacteria problems to a very difficult childbirth and corrective surgeries. She is the most kind and knowledgeable and most thorough gynecologist. I just love how thorough she is and spot on with her diagnosis. Her staff are all really sweet too. I am very impressed with Dr Vallery, nurse Ms Leonard and staff. Excellent service. I did not wait long. Dr Vallery took the time to ask and answer questions thoroughly. Will definitely come back.

Dr. Vallery is the sweetest doctor, and in my experience interacts in a kind and unpretentious way with patients. She was extremely attentive during the recent delivery of my baby. Despite it being later in the evening when my labor took place – she checked in regularly, made sure I had access to the anesthesiologist, allowed me time to "labor down", and gave me great advice during delivery that resulted in a healthy mom and healthy baby. I rec. Dr.. Vallery to each and every woman for prenatal care. She is informative and thorough and she's also realistic and non-judgemental. Her staff is filled with caring, gentle souls who will always remember you and your baby. I was only met with concern and understand when I would call or go in worried about this or that. Unfortunately I did not get to deliver with them but I waited until the very last minute to decide where to give birth so I could stay under Dr. Vallerys care as long as possible.

Dr. Vallery was kind and compassionate and took plenty of time with me. She was willing to examine me in my power chair since I have cerebral palsy and rods in my back from scoliosis surgery.

Dr. Vallery has delivered both of our babies and we trust ber blindly. She is kind, laid back, down to earth, and the list goes on and on. One of her most important virtues is that she is confident and will comfort her her patients. She is an amazing person, which makes her even a better doctor. She will always spend enough time with her patients and address all their concerns.

Dr. Vallery is great. She takes all the time you need with her. She has been very sympathetic with me in very emotional situations and I appreciate her very much.

Dr. Vallery is the most patient, understanding, and down to earth doctor I’ve ever seen. I have been a patient of hers for 10 years, and she has delivered my 3 babies. She sees my mother, sister, and 3 of my friends who all love her just as much. I cannot recommend her enough. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your health. She is also very respectful and accepting of your preferences and decisions.

This doctor is very gross. She is not compassionate and very rough when doing a checkup... Who wants to a doctor that rough???? Be gentle... geez.

This is my husband’s account. So I am not Mike lol. I visited this office for the first time yesterday and saw Dr. Vallery, she was great. I highly recommend her.

I have been with Dr Vallery for 3 Years. I went through one miscarriage which lead to a DNC, one beautifully successful c-section an unfortunate partial hysterectomy and just recently a ruptured ovary removal. Because my first child was breach and I was forced to have a c-section I wanted my new local doctor to be great at surgery. I can tell you that with 4 rounds of surgery scars and a rollercoaster ride of hormones, surgeries and doctors visit I have only growing confidence in Dr Vallerys abilities. I am a worrier and ask 1000 questions and she takes the time to understand my concerns and find a amiable solution. Thank God because 3 weeks ago I was mis-diagnosed by 2 doctors -and the ER with my ruptured ovary... it was severe abdominal pain... but Dr Vallery was the first Dr to take action and I had been dealing with internal bleeding for 3 weeks by the time I saw her, she caught it and I was in surgery within the hour. I moved 45 min away and still drive to see her. Worth it. The office staff is great too! Nurses call you by name and they are patient and helpful. If I could give her more stars I would. When I was pregnant with my first born, I was nervous about finding a good OB/GYN. I heard plenty of bad experiences that my friends/relatives had with their OB/GYN's. I chose Dr. Vallery because I had two friends recommend her. She has been my OB/GYN for both of my pregnancies, and she is awesome! I am so grateful for Dr. Vallery. I originally began care with another Doctor at her practice during my 3rd pregnancy back in 2012. Dr. Vallery was the Doctor on call though the night I needed emergency care and surgery in the middle of the night in the ER when I miscarried suddenly, during my second trimester. She was the best I could have ever asked for. When I did get pregnant again the following year I decided to go back to her. I had a complicated birthing history and was still on the fence about weather to do a hospital or home birth again. I had done one in each setting with our first two kiddos, each had their pros and cons. I had needed surgery with every pregnancy thus far though and I needed to take that into consideration moving forward. I needed three surgeries within the first month after my home birth, alone. After many consults, in the end, I felt completely confident in the care I would receive with Dr. Vallery. She is so funny, laid back, and extremely knowledgable as both a Doctor and Mother herself. We always have open conversations about options and are both able to understand where the other is coming from. She has always made me feel supported in my decisions no matter how conventional or unconventional they have been. I cannot recommend her enough! The entire birthing team at HEB hospital was awesome! I love Dr. Vallery. She does tend to be late for appointments but that's because she is so thorough with answering all of your questions. She never looks at her watch or makes you feel like you are taking up too much time. She saved my life several years back when I went to the ER and then when I had my first baby she saved her life. I had no idea that my baby's life was in distress because Dr. Vallery calmly took control and handled the issue without showing emotion on her face the whole time. Doctor Vallery is amazing. She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She took absolute care of me during my high risk pregnancy back in 2016. I can't recommend anyone better than her because there literally isn't. She's also very knowledgeable on clotting issues which is one of the things I dealt with among heart issues and everything else you can imagine to go wrong. I had a 9lb9oz healthy baby boy. Dr Vallery saw me through 2 miscarriages and a full term pregnancy. What I can Say about her is that you will feel like she is your biggest advocate and there’s not a more secure feeling than that when you’re trusting someone with your body. I was Always seen within 15 min of my appointment time and you get your blood work, visit and sono in the same office.

Just delivered with Dr. Vallery! She was amazing through prenatal, L&D, and postnatal rounds! She is laid back with awesome bedside manner and totally calmed all worries through my first pregnancy!

Dr. Vallery is the absolute best. She is super caring and knowledgeable. I have had 3 babies with her and every experience has been nothing but top notch. I cannot imagine going to anyone else for prenatal or gynecological care.

I adore Dr Vallery. She delivered my first child and I saw her through all of my appointments. She listens to me and always gives me complete, factual information. She was so thourough in preparing me for my first birth and respected all of my wishes. Highly recommend.

Fantastic doctor! I work in healthcare, going on 10 years now and she is one of the few doctors I have seen sit down with a patient to discuss options. I brought in my daughter for birth control and she took the time to explain options, pros and cons, etc. I am very picky about doctors and Dr. Vallery is one of the best!

After a difficult experience with a previous ONGYN while I was on Medicaid, I was hesitant to set up my appt with Dr Vallery. As soon as I was called from the waiting room, I was greeted by such a sweet and amazing nurse. She did my vital work and carried a very professional and nurturing persona. Dr Vallery was next, and I was immediately comfortable with her. I explained my situation of having very (extremely) irregular cycles and my concern of being able to conceive after I get married. She literally drew out a diagram to explain some possible causes and solutions to my problem. The exam was very quick and efficient, very mild discomfort. She even did a breast exam which is SO important to me as it's a high risk in my family. I felt validated by her attention to my health and my knowledge of my body. I have nothing but good things to say about this office and Dr. Vallery. They have early appointment times, the staff is excellent , the aids are excellent and Dr. Vallery has been excellent. I love that I never have to wait more than 15 min In the waiting room and they can do lab work, sonograms and my dr appointment in the same place. I had two miscarriages last year and became pregnant again in Aug of this year. Dr. Vallery was great about getting me in right away and returning phone calls. Dr Vallery is the best doctor. I had her for my both pregnancies and my second delivery she induced me on a Saturday and she was not even oncall that day and she came just for me. she is very thorough and I highly recommend her.

I have high risk pregnancies. Lost 1 at 17 wks and my other 2 pregnancies it was recommended that i get a cerclage. With my first successful delivery, my old doc left me with the nurse while in active labor only to return an hour later when he said I should have been done. I thought this was normal until I had my 2nd child (Dec 2016) with Dr. Vallery. She stayed with me the entire time. She's patient, and cares. She's funny too! She talks fast, but will slow down if you ask her to.

I have had a wonderful experience with this whole office. From the front desk to the Medical assistants , nurse AND doctor Vallery. They have been good with call backs, wait times and having great bed side manner. I received bad news and both the doctor and medical assistant hugged me like I was a friend.

Front desk has always been friendly and courteous towards me. Dr. V explains things throughly and treats me with respect and not just another patient number. She's great! On ano ther It's hard at times getting the call center to connect you quickly to the front desk. I have found a method to getting connected quicker now haha =)

I have been going to Dr Vallery for 2-3 years now and I have never had a bad experience! The staff is wonderful; they're helpful and make you feel comfortable. I always recommend her to any friends looking for an OBGYN.

She missed some very important red flags about my health. I transferred to another OB at 20 weeks because of lack of concern. I was diagnosed by this provider with preeclampsia. I liked Dr Vallery, but if you have a history of any conditions I would look for a different provider.

My mom goes to Doctor Vallery so after I found out I was pregnant I called to set up an appointment and everything was fine I got my appointment the day of my appointment then I called to say I was running a few minutes late and they said I didn't have an appointment turns out they had cancelled my appointment without telling me so I went to another doctor After that I tried to make another appointment and the first time I called they hung up on me and the second time I called they made it very difficult to make my appointment put me on hold for a long time told me I could come in to see a doctor I didn't ask for and then told me I could get in with the Doctor I wanted on Thursday then put me on hold even longer to tell me I couldn't have tha appointment anymore. Dr. Vallery has been a very distant doctor for me. If I complained she would just write it off. Basically....calling me a liar or because it wasn't in the nurses notes....it "never" happened. I am in menopause which she is supposed to specialize in and it has been like pulling teeth for her to really listen to me and not just go by the book. When I finally get her and not her nurses, that she put up like a wall for years and years...she just argues with me and talks over me and doesn't want to hear my complaints or because the nurse did not put down exactly how I said the conversation went "verbatim"....it just didn't happen that way according to the notes. Are you kidding me? Like I am making this stuff up. My husband has been thoroughly disgusted with this woman and I would never leave her practice for fear of having to start all over again with a new doctor in this menopause journey which her and her staff has really made it harder on me. "I shall do no harm"? Really? She made me feel small when I spoke to her and constantly interrupted me when I try to correct "her nurses notes" of a situation that I remember quite well because I was the one dealing with her nurses NOT HER ! She even went as far as to tell me if I had a complaint I should of gone to the office manager and when I yelled in the phone that I did....the doctor says: "OH...our last office manager was terrible and you talk to the wrong person"! Like I was supposed to know that! Half admitting she was wrong finally in the conversation when she realized I HAD COMPLAINED !! Jesus...this doctor just proved in the whole conversation that she never liked dealing with me because I was a problem patient to her I guess. I have worked with doctors in Hospital Administration and worked on their level. I may not have a medical degree but I am certainly informed and should not be intimidated by this doctor that her way and her notes are all perfect and that they can remember every little detail better than me when I am the ONE SUFFERING!!!. Bull ! It is like half the stuff I ever cried and cried and complained about in my care or my menopause was not even written down....just what "they" thought was important. Are you kidding me? If a patient is complaining and struggling....you don't make them feel small or try to bully them into believing they never told you things. Just a nightmare.
