Dr. Rose is extremely compassionate. He has been my doctor for over a decade. He listens well and responds quickly even if you just have a question about meds or test results on line. He is always willing to go the extra mile to address his patients concerns.

Hate that I have been going here since I was a child and because the practice isn't accepting new patients my daughter can't be seen here.

Amazing doctor! Has never failed to provide working treatment that offers quick results. Has fit me in to the schedule. Has restored my trust in medical providers!!

Waited 2 hours to NOT EVEN BE SEEN! Worst doctors experience ever

I’ve seen Dr. Rose twice. Both times he didn’t even introduce himself, didn’t give me a chance to talk. He was with me for all of 3 minutes, walked out and came back with paperwork, didn’t talk/explain anything. By far the WORST doctor I’ve been to

Always easy for an appointment and the staff is very professional

I saw Dr. Rose for the first time and was very impressed with how attentive he was. He listened to my concerns and offered his assistance. He also went above and beyond to get me an expedited derm appointment. He communicates well and often.

No problem setting up appointment, appointments are fast. Thank you Dr Rose

Terrible experience...rude unprofessional ignorant attitude ...by far worst doctor I've ever seen...when u actually pay to be mistreated and refused help and still charged...not sure what makes people this way but when your the recipient of it it needs to be addressed...steer clear of this so called doctor

Dr Rose is not a doctor that I wouldn't recommend. He has a poor attitude and doesn't listen you. Even his nurse Mary treated me poorly. I was treated very poorly and they were very rude and wouldn't listen to what my visit was for.

As other reviewers have noted, this guy is a real, nasty piece of work, and has no business dealing with actual patients. He' s a rude, belligerent walking bad attitude. Keep looking, there are lots of great doctors in Richmond, but unfortunately Doctor Andrew Leslie Rose is not one of them.

Dr. Rose is on top of his game He is focused , listens patiently and understands his patients needs. He is compassionate and also straight-forward with determining a medical treatment plan. Although, he is a very busy doctor; he takes time to consider each and every patient. I give him a 10 STAR rating.

One of the nastiest doctors i hve ever met. I went with my mother to a doctor appt for the second time with him and everytime it was a very unpleasant encounter. My mother is sick and disabled and he thought he was going to disrespect her in front of me he thought wrong. He stormed out the room and made sure his staff heard the whole encounter he then proceeded to say im dropping u as a patient from this practice and he isnt even her doctor...im currently seeking legal action One of the nastiest doctors i hve ever met. Wait time is horrible. I had an appointment at 3:35 and it is now 4:20. I went to the reception and they said he was an hour behind. I don't like waiting I thought the point of an appointment was to secure that time.

Very professional place nice people and doctors from Bon Secours. The wait is never long if your appointment is at a certain time you won't have to ✋ long.
