Dr. Bradley S Trotter

Dr. Trotter is fine but his staff is not satisfactory. They are not helpful and they are not friendly.

I went to my Dentist with a cracked tooth. They called Dr. Trotter's office to schedule an extraction of that tooth. Dr. Trotter's office said, "If he can come now, we can see him today." I was quickly on my way. I found all office staff to be professional, yet friendly... and kind and attentive. There was no pain during extraction and recovery (it is now the next day) has been a breeze. Having been elsewhere, I would absolutely recommend this Doctor and his Practice. If necessary, I would go there again!

On 29 July 2016 my husband a combat Navy Vet received a referral to Dr. Trotter office to extract 2 under general anesthesia, which he needed to get fitted for CPAP machine. Initially, the doctor and staff were very pleasant during the procedure. However, the problem came once the claim to insurance was submitted. My experience with Dr. Trotter was a very pleasant experience. I am a very anxious individual and tend to get nervous during all doctor visits. Dr. Trotter and his staff made me feel less anxious and nervous by reassuring me that I would be treated with patience and care. Everyone is professional and personable. Dr. Trotter took the time to explain how the procedure would take place and the staff was dedicated to ensuring I was at ease and comfortable. Dr. Trotter even called me at home

Doctor Trotter helped my special needs son with his wisdom teeth, all the staff were very professional and made you feel like you mattered. Thank you very much.

Was my Oral Surgeon before he moved from Hopewell. Now I'll follow him to Hampton, excellent person and surgeon.
