My unfortunate encounter with Dr Zasada was at an ER in Champaign - we had my college student in for a crisis. He never spoke one word to her. He did not take the time to answer questions - in fact he literally walked away from me (the mom) when I was mid-sentence. Zero bedside manner or compassion. This man should not be a doctor - he is horrible and he made a terrible experience that much worse.

This is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. He has zero compassion or bedside manner. Generally, when you enter an ER, it is not for a good reason. We had a crisis with my child. He never spoke with her the entire 36 hours she was there. He did not answer questions we as parents asked, he cut me off several times mid sentence by literally walking away. The only positive was my daughter is a premed - she saw first hand what NOT to do.
