Dr. Jennifer A Kennedy

A couple of years ago, while doing a dental exam, Dr. Kennedy and staff found a non-dental problem, which she said I should get looked at right away. I did, and early action helped me heal faster. I am impressed with her attention to detail, and to her pleasant manner. Yesterday, I returned for a routine cleaning and exam. Which went smoothly. Dr. Kennedy and Jaime took good care of me, as always the case when I visit her office. I moved out of Charleston, but I still come back twice a year to Dr. Kennedy's office.

In & out for a crown on a cracked tooth, same afternoon. Professional, reassuring, explained things well. They are pros.

This is where you need to go to receive the BEST dental care in Central Illinois. Period. The staff is phenomenal!! Caring professional care.

Great visit! Two wonderful doctors and an awesome staff. They work so well together and treat you like family. I have received calls from the dentist when she was on vacation and I had an issue as well as follow up texts! Great personalities and very caring individuals.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. This crew was amazing from the receptionist warm welcome, the hygienist Jennifer’s bedside manner and Dr. Jennifer’s thoroughness. Can’t wait for our daughters to be seen.

Jennifer is the best hygienist ever., and Dr. Kennedy is great too. Great atmosphere, friendly, efficient staff, and great professionals. I hate going to the dentist, but I don’t mind going to Dr. Kennedy’s office. They do well with the nervous client! I highly recommend giving their office a try!

The service was wonderful until Dr Kennedy decided to start talking about me badly (I was FOURTEEN at the time) to other people in the community. This was completely unprofessional and my family immediately terminated any relations with this office. It is a perfectly pleasant place but do not disclose any sensitive medical information that is not necessary for your treatment-- it could be used against you in the doctor's social circles if yours happen to overlap! I want to thank Dr. Kennedy and her team along with Dr. Haslett for considering and responding to my toothache at this time. Called them on a Monday and was in there office the next morning so they could evaluate my toothache and hopefully fix the pain. I needed in quick and they got me in the same day. After seeing Dr. Gass, he explained thoroughly what he needed to do and what the results should be. He also told me if I had any pain or problems to just call. They all did a great job in the office. Beth, Dr Gass assistant, was very helpful and reassuring also

I have sensitive teeth, and I often dread going for a cleaning. At Dr. Kennedy's, I have never had a bad (i.e. painful) experience, and this last time was no exception. I also had a couple of new/evolving issues with my molars, and Dr. Kennedy and her staff were outstanding in diagnosing the issues and explaining my options.

Staff was extremely friendly! I had a tooth that was dying and they got me in right away and had my tooth out in no time. Outstanding! I hate the dentist's office, always have. Childhood trauma followed me into adulthood. Jennifer goes out of her way to make it as comfortable as possible. Her and her staff explain everything prior to doing any work. They care and do a great job! Hey, getting a shot in your mouth then having a tooth drilled is almost no one’s idea of fun, but Dr. Kennedy makes the experience as comfortable as possible.

Everyone has a fear of something. Mine is NOT THE DENTIST. I AM ALWAYS GREETED AS IF I AM A LONG LOST FRIEND. I KNOW THEY ALL CARE WHEN YOU SEE YOUR DENTIST HELPING AN OLDER LADY TO HER CAR WHEN IT IS COLD AND BLOWING SNOW. OR WHEN THEY COME IN EARLY AND STAY LATE. I had somewhat of an emergency with a chipped front tooth. They were able to get me in almost right away and I was out of the office in less than an hour. Can't thank these guys enough!

I've been going to Dr. Kepp and Kennedy for decades. Dr. Kepp has now retired, but Drs. Kennedy and Gass are both great . My hygienist, Kathy, is fantastic! Highly recommended!

Great experience. Friendly staff that provided information while listening to my concerns and intentions. Tooth extraction I felt went well, after care plans were clear. Pain is gone and feel much better than I have in months. Thanks and looking forward to next visit.

I was treated with great professionalism and compassion. I super-dislike dental procedures/experiences, but Kathy and Jennifer always do their best, every time, to make my visits as comfortable and "enjoyable" as possible.

My appointment for dental cleaning went very well, Kathy Thompson is the best!! She always explains everything she is doing and makes you feel very comfortable. Amy and Andrea greet you as you enter with a warm welcome and are always ready to help.
