Absolute joke of a pediatricians office. It Must be nice to overschedule children to the point they have to wait 1.5hrs longer than the appointment. I'm not sure if it is common among kaweah delta offices or just that doctors have no concern for children and their parents anymore but they seem to care more about over booking appts, making CHILDREN wait and also by not having any chairs available while waiting. I Saw 3-5 families (including myself) standing in the waiting room today because they were so overbooked. I refuse to take my child back here. This place is a joke! They never take you serious because its on there time! My son has a condition so if something happens he has to wait! The doctor prescribed eye crème to help his eye well he had an allergic reaction and so I called the next day to see if the nurse can prescribe him another eye ointment they said he has to wait until his doctor came in not okay at all definitely sueing!! I am definitely switching clinics!! My sons program manager needed specifics into a note so my special needs child can go to school his doctor refused!! Not okay at all. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! Five stars for Christina at the front desk she is the nicest most sweetest helpful receptionist there. Everyone else there has been rude to me except her. Super thankful for her. And dr schmythe is the best doctor for us there. I definitely recommend him , he's great with my daughter.

DR. PHAN is truly the best pediatrician ever. Before him i was seeing different pediatricians for my kids, I have never felt more comfortable with DR. Phan and trust him with my children's care 100% he is so patient and super nice. He listens to you and he is never in a rush. Its a drive for me, but he is worth the drive for my kids care. Now as far as front desk , It hasn't always been pleasant, some extremely rude. It really all depends on who you get. Other than that, I am happy to have finally found an awesome Doctor. DR. Terrible rude front desk gals ...I have a disabled son and they didn't check us in we came 15 min early and are still in waiting room . Great Dr's terrible front desk

Brilliant doctor. He is kind and truely cares for the people he treats.

Love Dr Phan! He is an amazing Dr and cares very well for his patients. I trust him 100% with my kids and his diagnoses for them.

Terrible front desk people!! They'll schedule you for wrong times and make you jump through hoops to finally get appointments

I love Dr. Phan he has great bed side manner. He listens and can always give the right diagnosis.

He is courteous, personable, kind, efficient. Wonderful doctor who has made the trials of dealing with two ADHD grandchildren better. He cares about his patients and there families. I have great respect for him and always feel as though he has done his best to help. Thank you Doctor for being what a doctor is supposed to be. I also have had similar experiences with the other doctors at the clinic, I don't see them as much because dr. Phan is my grandkids Doctor but when he is unavailable they :)
