Rarely in office. Pill pusher. Care(?) provided by nurses. Buries you in paperwork to cover their assets.

Dr. Pentchev is a.good.doctor, however the front desk is a joke! I too have waited 4 hours! Went for a flu shot and after waiting 40 mins left. Only 3 patients including myself! How long does it take to get a damn flu shot maybe 3 mins.! I'm once again, filing a complaint with my insurance company!

I believe him to be a sincere man. His honestly and straight forwardness may often be taken for rudeness but in my opinion I would rather have a Dr. to be upfront and brutally honest than to sugar coat the lines of a medical condition. If anyone wants a Dr whom will be honest than he is an excellent choice. I also believe his intentions are to help and heal the sick , not to beat around the bush and prolong the inevitable.

It's a zoo. Extremely busy, very crowded waiting room. A volume turnover clinic...

There waiting time is very very long staff are very rude I was there on 2016 and staff was great and now most staff are gone will never go back even providers are rude.

Great providers here. Very caring staff.

Always running behind every time, I've had an appointment. But, does offer the diet program that works!

I absolutely love Dr. Pentschev. Yes, he is abrasive at times and can be rude but he is the most caring man i have ever met. He is a straightforward type of doctor and is not afraid to hurt someone's feelings if it gets them to get their act together and to take care of their health.

Dr. Pentschev has been an amazing man with his support and help. He is a great Dr.

Dr. Pentschev is by far the worst doctor I have ever visited. He tried to treat me for something that I was not even there for nor did I even need treatment for. He is extremely argumentive, overly aggressive, rude and belittles his patients. His wait times are atrocious as are his people skills or lack there of. I wouldn't even recommend his service to my worst enemy.

This Dr. has a god complex or something. He does not care about his patients and seems to pawn off patients on other residents/nurse practitioners. At my last appointment I waited 4 hours. Would never mention this clinic let alone recommend it to anyone. EVER.
