My wife had an appointment on 02/28/2020 at 10:30am but when we went there to check in the front staff member was so disrespectful and said we do not have an appointment set for you today. My husband explained to the receptionist that there was an appointment set for today but the receptionist insisted that we were at fault (which we weren't) for scheduling error. When your scheduler say Friday @ 10:30am that is the schedule, take responsibility for your actions and train your staff properly. My husband and I felt so terrible being talked down to the way we were by the staff and let me assure you that this review is going to be posted on as many review sites as possible. I recommend that either the front staff member be fired or get the proper training to provide her with the customer service skills required to interact with people. Take and God bless!
