I was impressed with the amount of time Dr. Rubenzik spent with me. She did a thorough skin exam and found several spots I would never have discovered. She answered all my questions, was an excellent listener, and did a great job explaining anything I needed to know in layman's terms. I highly recommend her!

Dr Rubenzik is extremely thorough with her evaluation. With my last visit, she discovered two possible melanomas which were biopsied in the office. I have complete faith in her for all my derm needs.

Dr. Rubenzik really took her time on my skin examination and was more thorough than any dermatologist I’ve had before. She had a great recommendation for a cream from a compounding pharmacy to help with discoloration on my arms and legs. She had learned about this from the Mayo Clinic. I was told in the past that there was really nothing to do for it, and I would just have to put up with it. I was very thankful that she was up on her studies of new products. To me that shows that she really cares about helping her patients. On top of that, she has an awesome personality. I’m so happy I found her!

I was very pleased with the professionalism shown towards me during my visit with Dr. Rubenzik. The staff was friendly and accommodating and put me at ease during the appointment.

I had a total body scan as a new patient to Dr.Rubenzik. She was thorough, explained what she found, and yet made me feel very comfortable. She was quick but not rushed. I found her easy to talk to and felt that she listened to me.

I believe Dr. Rubenzik to be a good doctor. However, her office is poorly run. She was consistently 45 minutes late for my appointments and when I pointed this out to her, she treated me as if it were my fault. Her bedside manner leaves much to be desired. If you can't take the feedback that you are consistently late (yes, we as patients have other commitments) then you probably shouldn't be interfacing with patients. In her attempt to belittle me for bringing this up, she showed her true self. If you don't mind your appointments being missed by 30 to 60 minutes, then this is the right place for you. I have found you can do much better. It is unfortunate as she is a good doctor...but she needs to learn that you need to be more than just a good doctor.

Dr. Rubenzik is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. She spends ample time with patients, readily answers questions, and wants to be sure you understand the condition you've seen her for and any medications and/or instructions she's given during your visit. She is also efficient and extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend her despite the staff's lack of people skills.
