Dr. Brinkman provides excellent medical care. She very knowlegeable of her craft. Ive never been misdiagnosed by her.

Wow! Is the word for how terrible this office has gone down. Since around 2018 when I first became a patient. I can NEVER get the proper blood work done when needed, getting refills good luck! Once I was told my lab paperwork would be mailed. If I received my paperwork, you received my paperwork too.I had to go up to the office weeks later after not receiving papers in the mail. Leaving messages for Dr. Brinkman, it’s like Dr. Who?. Either she never gets the message or it’s being ignored. Forget getting a callback. I can go on and on about how this office; that was once prompted by seeing and hearing their patients was their #1 priority. To being misdiagnosed, lab work not first, the patient being with held prescriptions because the Doctors office is not calling the pharmacy back or calls are not updated to know lab work is done and to refill that prescription (s). Lastly, once I went into the office to get lab work and couldn’t get it done because the person was out sick. Really? No one to come in? What about having 3-4 lab techs. Ensuring this will not happen and you will not have to wait over an hour to have blood work done. I had to drive to Lake Hospital lan to have my blood drawn. Now let’s see what will happen on Monday; when I call to report I my lab work. Will Dr. Brinkman get my message and do refills? Or will I be on hold for over 10-30 minutes, without any and respond. Staff has gone down in terms of friendliness, not welcoming, fails to get messages to doctor had to physically go up to the office in order to get my medicine refilled. The phone system is terrible usually on wait just to talk to to someone minimum 45 minutes to an hour. Just a terrible turn of events with this office.

Dr. Brinkman is never in the office. She does not listen to your concerns and she doesn’t follow up. I’ve been sick for 2 weeks and can’t get an office appointment. I was offered a Telephone visit, but how can you properly diagnose and treat a patient with asthma over the phone. I’ve officially fired Dr. Brinkman and her staff, and looking for a new physician.

Dr. Brinkman had been my physician for so many years! I've followed her from Painesville to Willowick! She takes her time to talk and review my symptoms.

Staff is friendly. Angela is extremely caring, and I feel comfortable around her. I had her as my primary doc for 10 years. I highly recommend her.

Very thorough. She has great follow up and follow through.

I have been a patient for about 20 years. She is such a good doctor I have followed her from Madison,to Painesville and now in Willowick. She is an amazing person as well as a wonderful doctor!

Dr. Brinkman is very kind and thorough. She takes the time to really understand your needs and helps direct you on how to best take care of yourself. I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Brinkman became my primary care physician, this year (2019) I am a nurse and hate to admit it, BUT, I am FUSSY! Dr. Brinkman's nurse is great and so is Dr. B. BOTH take time and listen to what I have concerns about. BOTH actually touch me and Dr. Brinkman does a mini physical exam, EVERYTIME I go in. She has referred me to other docs and I LOVE ALL of them. She has not only the education to be a doc, but she has the GIFT of being a doctor. She and her staff have really blessed me!!!!!!!!

A caring, patient, hard-working, and thorough doctor, have had very positive experiences and would recommend her to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Brinkman for over 10 years and have nothing but trust in her...I couldn't live without her. Always listens and puts my mind at rest...spends as much time with me as I need to go over everything in detail. Very knowledgeable and has always prescribed the best treatments for me. After all these years with her the feel of a doctor visit has gone from the typical physician-patient relationship to a relationship of a friend who truly cares about me and my wellness.
