She is kind compassion innate patient knowledgeable and Avery fine doctor love going there

Dr. Eubanks is a very caring physician that takes the time to listen and allows you to ask questions. Not once have I ever felt like she didn’t care. I feel well taken care of and although not always the answers I get are what I want to hear but I trust 100% she has my best interest in mind and that’s her job. Love her. PERIOD.

I recently switched docs after consulting with and seeing her CNP. Was told there wasn't an issue with my being trans ftm and they could give me care. Now they are refusing to fill myhrt meds I've been on for 9 years....stating they legally can't. Not at all true. I've been recieving my meds from my family dr for years now. It's discrimination pure and simple. They hung the phone up on me when I questioned them. They are obviously an office that should not be allowed to continue practicing.

I am trans ftm and they had all of my med info and other records with my first visit. But after seeing her CNP and them accepting me as a patient they now are telling me they aren't legally allowed to fill my T script...that they'd fill all my others, but they legally couldn't do my T. This is bs.....my T has always been filled for years by a family physician. So now I'm left to start searching for another doctor. Discrimination is not ok. I'm filing a complaint with the medical board too.

This is the worst doctor I've ever went to. She refuses to deviate from the standard practice of care and is not open minded regarding options that may help. The office staff and nurses do not communicate well and cause more confusion and medication errors. I don't not recommend this doctor if you care about your health. I LOVE DR. EUBANKS! WITH HER FOR 17YRS. She listens, she genuinely cares, she doesn't miss a beat, she doesn't let anything slip by, she stays on top of things. If need be Dr. Eubanks will take the time to personally call you to discuss what need be. She is always pleasant, never makes me feel rushed. I love her and trust her explicitly as my Dr. And confidant. DR. EUBANKS IS THE BEST! Sadly I have to add I moved to Arizona. It is tearing me up because I am scared to death. I have been going to Dr. Eubanks for 20 years now and she is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. I had a liver transplant a little over 28 years ago so I have literally been to hundreds of doctors and specialists and Dr. Eubanks is one of the best. She listens to what you have to say and always takes whatever time is necessary to treat you and/or get you to the specialist that will. Dr. Eubanks is an amazing and understanding physician. She has always been very diligent and most caring. She is able to make correct diagnosis due to the time she takes to probe for questions. She also makes you aware of things you may not know or realize.

She does things without your knowledge and does not inform you of the changes she has made. She also is not the kind of doctor that wants to get to the root of the problem she only wants to treat the symptoms. My cholesterol has been steadily increasing over the years now to the point where it is above 200 but not one time as she educated or suggested any solutions for it.

Dr. Eubanks is a knowledgeable and caring physician. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and attempts to resolve them. She doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist if needed.
