Dr. William J. Morris

Probably the most unprofessional experience I've had with a doctor , my appointment was changed to a digital one less than 24 hours prior to the appointment . The digital appointment then had issues with the camera after which the doctor refused to see me after waiting nearly a month. Overall a rude experience and it was almost an hour after my appointment was scheduled when I was finally contacted by the doctor just to have technical issues. Not to mention that the only issue was that we couldn't get the camera too connect, the doctor could hear perfectly fine and still refused to even consult with me about what I had the appointment scheduled for in the first place. Honestly just a generally shameful practice in my opinion. Only reason for 2 stars instead of one is that the receptionist and everyone I talked to other than the doctor was very kind and seemed genuine. I've used Dr. Morris several times and have experienced nothing but professional courtesy on each occasion.

Due to my not desiring to accept the risks of a colonoscopy, this Dr., whom was referred by my Primary Care physician, refused to help me with my IBS-D that I have suffered with for 30 years.

I love Dr. Morris and his staff members. I’m always greeted when I come in with a warm smile and hello. I was having a lot of issues for 8 years and he was the only one that actually took the time to listen to my concerns. After listening to me talk, he was pretty sure on what the issue was, but made sure to run the required tests first as expected from any doctor. When the tests came back, he was absolutely correct. Referred me to a surgeon and 2 years later, my health is better than ever and I’m pain free. I love his friendly personality and he knows what he’s talking about. I seldom write reviews, but wanted to in this case. I saw Dr. Morris for the first time today and was simply amazed at the way the office ran! The secretary was on it and Dr. Morris, himself, came to greet me in the waiting room to take me back. Apparently his nurse was busy, so he addressed me promptly at the time of my appointment. Dr. Morris was very thorough with his examination and listened to all of my concerns. He addressed each concern and discussed them with me. He also sent me paperwork home that displayed everything we had discussed. Dr. Morris made me feel comfortable and is now following up with a procedure. I am surely glad my family doctor recommended Dr. Morris. I am glad we have people like him who truly care about others. I seldom write reviews, but wanted to in this case. Dr. Morris was extremely personable. He is very thorough in my examination. I appreciate that Dr. Morris took the time to hear my concerns.

I have been a patient of Dr Morris for over 20+ years and was always pleased with the service. I recently asked for a copy of my patient records for the possibility of alternative treatment (Herbal/oils) and they fought giving them to me....2 weeks later, I received a certified letter telling me our relationship will be terminated with NO explanation why. I called the office and they still wouldn't tell me why and the Dr will not call me back. After 20+ years! Very closed minded?

Claims to discuss things with you at appointments but just sends you home with pamphlets and you have no idea what they are for, won't answer questions when asked, nurse is overly rude when you ask questions, dosent return calls and hangs up on you if he does eventually call back hours after he was suppose to call still answering no questions. Highly do not recommend this Dr if you can even get an appointment anyway you won't be seen until 2 hours after your scheduled time anyway.
