Doctor refuses services even for patients that have proper insurances, DO NOT GO. Staff is RUDE and very impatient. My insurance does not require referrals and my pcp could not provide one due to this. I called back three times and had my insurance company reach out, and they sent all calls to VM. When we showed up, Staff continuously stated they will not see you without a referral I could not physically get. Doctor then came out into the waiting area and insisted I was rude to the staff and told me to leave. He is the only ENT in Marianna, so be careful or he may CHOOSE not to see you. Typical money over patient care.

Such a nice office. So friendly, great hospitality. The nurse, doctor are great. I would recommend this office to anyone that needs a specialist.

I highly recommend Dr. Consiglio, very attentive, personable and intelligent. The doctor is great, and the office staff is extremely kind and helpful. A delightful clinic all around!

He is an awesome doctor... Dr. Consiglio has been a true blessing for me. His staff is courteous, very concerned ,caring and compassionate for the patients on a daily basis.. He is definitely asset for Jackson County. .

Dr. Consiglio was very professional and let me know exactly what every step of my daughter's surgery was going to be. Pre and post operatively. I would recommend him because he was very kind and very thorough in his explanations of the issues at hand, and he has genuine concern when you ask questions. Some doctors leave you with questions, but he was patient and made sure that i understood everything. Definitely recommend him!

"Bedside" manner is lousy! Managed to scare my wife and convinced her she would never recover. Actually recovery took 3 weeks.

I had vocal cord surgery on 3/30/16, performed by Dr. A Consiglio. I have had 2 previous surgeries, unrelated, that did not go so well, and left me terrified, of going under anesthesia. Dr. Consiglio made sure all precautions were taken to ensure that I would not go through a horrible experience again. When the surgery was over, he went out to tell my family, with a huge smile, immediately letting them know I was okay. He is a brilliant surgeon, I would recommend to anyone needing ENT surgery.

After years of being treated by two other ENT's for chronic sinus infections due to a compromised immune system, Dr. Consiglio has treated me for the past 3 months and I have already experienced a much better quality of life than I have had for the past 10 years. He has used procedures that should have already been tried with me, but wasn't, and after being told by my previous ENT that I would just have to learn to live with the chronic infection I am so glad that I found Dr. Consiglio!
