terrible unprofessional service. they basically take as much appointments as they can then keep all patients waiting in their 10x10 small lobby. No sense of respect and simply don't care! we walked away from the appointment after more than 30 minutes waiting. Don't even try, not worth it.

Kind, caring, and determined doctor, sees my whole family. She is in high-demand, but gets things done

We did an appointment for her to see my 91 year old mother. When we got to the office, the MA received us, saying that the doctora had to go out to the hospital. We saw the MA and made a subsequent appointment for 2 weeks with all the results from the blood works and heart studies she ordered. The day before that appointment I called to make sure the doctor would be there and they said she would not. So we changed the appointment. Then the day of the appointment arrived 3 weeks after the 1st one. The office told us she would be there. When we drove from Houston to Katy, she was not there. The friendly staff said the visit with the MA would be the same, but we did not agree. I think she should be present in her appointments. Never met her

She was wonderful! She listened, she took her time and I think she did a great job.

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been sick with upper respiratory for 4 weeks. Just walked out of her office after she told me that she couldn’t address my problems! I called my insurance, advised them not to pay her, walked out and will be heading to urgent care.

Dr Alvaraz-Cruz seems pleasant enough upon meeting, however, it changes rapidly when you realize that you are being overcharged or charged for services covered by your insurance. She is not truthful with patients, and resorts to bullying tactics when you counter her. She does not give referrals and finds excuses not to act. I can not say how good her medical knowledge is, but her ethics leave something to be desired.

She is a great listener, patience, nice and professional. She smiles a lot and make you feel comfortable. I love the way she is. The personnel are as well very professional and understanding.

not organized, she told you something then she forget to send the medication or the referral. always forget to send the lab request. The front desk are very lazy and careless, never answer the phone, never call back with the result.

Being a patient of Dr.Cruz was extremely frustrating to say the least. Every appointment takes at least 2 hours, and if you need a refill on prescriptions, be prepared to wait days. Don't bother calling the FULLY STAFFED office, you won't get an answer, I didn't for four days and had to eventually drive to the office. Time to find a new physisian who's more professional, with more competent staff.
