My wife had an appointment at the Pinecroft location at 1:30 and we arrived early since it was our first visit. We were in the waiting room an hour before my wife was called to an examination room. Once in an examining room, she was in there 30 minutes before the receptionist got to my wife for some questions and made some entries on her computer. Then another wait.....for an hour. With that, my wife was getting ready to leave the office and then the Dr steps in the exam room. 2 1/2 hours wasted.....Never going back.

If I could leave a negative star I would. I have seen this doctor a handful of times… she sucks. She can’t look at me if her computer is down. Apparently it affects her eyes and her pen and her ability to write a note. I asked her to look at me beck because I had a bump that was protruding out… neither she, nor her staff would even lay eyes on it because their computer was down. They just told me I could go to UrgentCare. Why waste your time with this idiot if she is just going to tell you to go to UrgentCare. She did tell me I could find another doctor. On February 14 I had an appointment, I sat in a room for almost 2 hours. I finally decided to leave. She jumped up as soon as she seen me. You could tell she had forgotten me. Then she forgotten why I was even there. I am the one with memory issues, but I had to tell her why I was even there. She wouldn’t believe how much pain I was in until the MRI/MRA came back and told her that I had a brain aneurysm…. Then she finally prescribed me something for the pain. Otherwise I couldn’t get her to look at me. I finally decided to take her advice. But I just need to see a neurosurgeon, not a neurologist .

She don't explain anything and you can't call and make follow up appointments because they DON'T ANSWER their phones. When you leave a message they don't call back. Their fax don't work either.

Wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy. Lack of staff to answer phones, check patients in, and doctor has a complete lack of bedside manner with my grandma. I have called the listed phone number over 100 times (no exaggeration) with no answer or call back on voicemails.

She's not interested in helping you just getting the almighty dollar. Wouldn't recommend that she care for a dog let alone people.

My visit today turned out good. I don't care for the wait time but even when I get impatient all the staff are very respectful. Thank you

I don't recommend this neurologist. She doesn't even deserve a star. She milks you and your insurance for money. Rude staff and she has no bedside manners. She tried to drug me up too. She even lies about test results. She drug tests you and she's more of a police officer instead of a doctor. She'll perform as many tests as possible and she can't even diagnose properly either. She already misdiagnosed me and she treated me like I was dead. She made me feel ashamed to even see a neurologist because of her lack of bedside manners and her rude staff. I went in for routine follow up after having brain stroke 4 yrs ago, I waited in waiting room almost 2hrs no one explained why Gottipati was late. I should’ve left because the patient before me said she had been waiting almost 2 hrs as well. Then Gottipati finally came back after nearly 3 hours. I explained why I need neurologist to follow up visit. I really wanted this to work with Gottipati, BUT it didn’t. Her staff is extremely clueless and lazy, they don’t have any experience in medical billing or customer service for that matter. I was scheduled for tests and when I came back, one of their machines was broke but no one bothered to tell me this. They tried to overcharge me. Gottipati set up all these tests that I didn’t need. The billing manager has very thick accent and I barely understood her dialect. The medical staff was gossiping about patients while I was in the waiting area. I asked them to have Gottipati call me to complain about this horrible experience and she never did!

She is very thorough. Takes what I say seriously instead of blowing off half of it like some doctors do. The assistants that work with her are very good too.

I had to go to Dr. Anita Gottipati while my insurance was okaying everything for me to switch from one hospital to another. I have had epilepsy (“grandma” seizures) since I was 8 years old, yet she refused to give me medicine to treat it (which I need or I will have uncontrollable seizures) because she wanted to run numerous tests to make sure “I actually had them”(?). I think she just wanted to make money off all the tests but whatever. Anyways, without my medicine, I ended up in the ER after having a full blown seizure that made me unconscious, causing me to fall down in the shower. Luckily, my girlfriend was there with me, I didn’t sustain any major injuries, and the ER gave me an emergency supply of my medicine to prevent a situation like that again. I could’ve sued, but didn’t want to go through all the legal troubles. Overall, she is a terrible doctor, awful human being, and could’ve potentially killed me.

Unprofessional, staff is Clueless, Cleveland Office is Ghetto. Still waiting on Report from Her as to which my Dr has requested several times. Steer clear from this Dr.

Appointment was at 3:30 p.m. we got a room 15 minutes ago and it is now 5:15 and we still haven't seen a doctor. . Don't even schedule an appointment here. Just walk in .You will wait the same amount of time. This place reminds me of the DMV.

Dr Gottipati has been very thorough in checking my MS issues. I'm totally deaf in one ear and she explains and re-explains if I didn't hear her. Her office staff leave a little to be desired. Thank goodness she's good.

I've been to see Dr. Gottipati several times now for a neurological issue. She ordered all the necessary tests to rule out some issues and confirm others. I had to decline a few tests since my insurance wouldn't cover them, but I made those decisions after research and discussing their value with her. I think she's a thorough doctor, and I would recommend her, though her office setting in The Woodlands is a bit tattered and worn.

office staff is very friendly, medical assistants are caring and knowledgeable. Staff always seems to be covering for her and making excuses why Doctor is always running late and behind schedule. She talks on the phone while in the room with you. they call a million times to schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments.

Yes I need to see her again

Never keeps appointments, constantly re-schedules, and keeps you waiting a minimum of two hours. Has an attitude problem and an over-blown ego. Office staff is incompetent. Nurses cannot even take basic blood pressure.
