Dr. Anne Sara Negrin

I’m concerned to return after reading her malpractice claim settled. Hmm not sure I trust her with my eyes any more.

Very sad to see this doctor propagating misinformation about the scope of care provided by optometrists on the Today Show. Doctors of optometry take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye health and vision care as well as general health and well-being. Optometrists have extensive, ongoing training to examine, diagnose, treat and manage ocular disorders, diseases and injuries. Doctors of optometry are the nation's largest eye care profession and serve patients in more than 6,500 communities, in over half of which we are the only eye care providers. Optometrists provide over three quarters of first-time eye care visits and two-thirds of all primary eye care in the United States. Optometrists also play an important role in the management of systemic diseases with ocular manifestations including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune diseases, and neurologic disease.

Excellent, attentive care. The doctor listened to my concerns and spent the time to answer my questions!

Dr Negrin is excellent she explains everything so well ,listens and put me on a treatment that so far has given great results for my glaucoma. I would highly recommend her.
