I made an appointment twice and one day before they called me and canceled! It’s not acceptable!

He has the Best bedside manner. Treats you like a person not a number.

He was my ER doc at Winter Have Hospital recently. Great bedside manner. Nice man.

The wait was very long but very well worth it at the end. The ladies at the front desk shouldn’t be working the front desk. They were very rude and gave major eye rolls when I politely asked how much longer I had to wait to see my doctor (I’m a very patient person, but I had been waiting almost 2 hours and had to pick up my kids from school). I’m still giving 5 stars because everyone else in the back was awesome and the only thing I care about is who treats me. Dr. Alatriste had the best bedside manners and really listens to his patients. I have had the worse luck finding a good PCP and after finding Dr Alatriste I’m not letting go! Great guy who genuinely listens and comes up with solutions that the patient is also comfortable with, which was a huge plus! I was tired of seeing doctors who kept forcing me into plans or solutions that I didn’t feel was realistic for me. The wait was very long but very well worth it at the end. I would like to personally thank the doctor for refusing to send a prior authorization to my insurance company for a breakthrough medication that can cure my condition. Not exactly a gamechanger when physicians refuse to help their patients!

Was my ER doctor today, and he was amazing. I would even make him my primary doctor!

Love this guy. My family and I have been going to Dr. Alatriste for 15 years now. He's a great doctor.

Dr A was wonderful!! So compassionate and friendly. He listened to my 96 yr old mom and treated her with respect; didn't just see her as an old person. He did for her (alleviating her pain) what no other doctor has ever done (and she has been to many with this complaint). We would highly recommend him.

Dr. Alatriste is great! He has a much better staff and his bed side manors are amazing! I highly recommend him!

Dr. Alatriste is an excellent doctor. By far is worth the wait! He does give to all his patients his undivided attention he sits down and listents and take his time to each one this patents this why there is always a waiting time. People complain about the staff but in all reality the staff depend on the doctor time spend with each and every patient. Dr. Alatriste is not a typical doctor that goes in and out and spend 2 min. with each patience if that what u want then.. hes not the doctor you want! I have known Dr. Alatriste for over 20 years and has never change his professionalism to each patient. All I have to say is have patience and plenty time to wait to see him. There is no option to no start ????. Between Lucia & the other girl there is like you owe them a favor. They are rude, defiant and plain not helpful. It is a shame they have an excuse of why not to do their job which they get paid for. The doctor is very knowledgable and caring but the stress, the abuse, the procrastination and rude attitude you have to put up with to see the doctor is not worth your emotional health at risk. DR.ALATRISTE IS A GREAT PHYSICIAN. HIS ASSISTANTS ARE DISRESPECTFUL TO PATIENTS.

Very VERY shitty service. My appointment was at 10am, and it's pass and I haven't even seen the doctor yet. I was rescheduled like 3 times because of random reasons. I would Definitively NOT recommend this general practitioners to anybody. I'm sure there's better places than this anywhere in Orlando.
