Great doctor always there and gets to bottom of problems. Has been a life saver

Scheduling appointments or getting anyone to call you back at this office is an utter nightmare. When you do talk to someone, its stressful. The front/scheduling staff even argue with you at times. Its a physicians group and you never know who are what you're going to get. A miscommunication between the staff today sent the wrong issue to the doctor. We cancelled the appointment and are going to find a better situation. Its a shame because Dr Marcel is a good doctor. We’ve been at this with his office for years. I have been a patient of Dr Marcel for over 5 years now and he is always very punctual, listens to what I have to say and definitely takes a genuine interest in my well being.

Gave me wrong medication and then called multiple hours never got response… physically showed up to an empty waiting room/office with a swollen face and was told to leave how unethical unprofessional and non-caring this office seems to be now never used to be like this prior but completely going downhill… so I had to take myself to the ER so I can get help and relief ????????????????‍♂️????????‍♂️ Gave me wrong medication and then called multiple hours never got response… physically showed up to an empty waiting room/office with a swollen face and was told to leave how unethical unprofessional and non-caring this office seems to be … More

I have never had any problem getting a prompt appointment. The entire staff including Dr Marsel have always been great. They seem to really care and I have never felt that my time with the doctor was rushed. I highly recommend Dr Marsel and his entire office!

Dr Marsel is always busy, but he's worth seeing. Highly trained and experienced doctor, who did his residency at Bellevue Hospital in NYC. That hospital saw hundreds of patients a day with hundreds of different illnesses. There are few medical issues this doctor can't tackle. He's brilliant.

Bad office staff. Bad nurse partitioner. I feel they are prejudice. Heads up

I have been going to this office for 20 years. Since Dr. Amy Dorn's passing I was given to Dr. Marsel and since he was too busy gave me to Dr. Tran and then My boy friend went to him as well. After we broke up. Dr Tran spoke to him about me and so I went back to Dr. Marsel. UGH. Now it takes 3 months to get an appointment. What is going on here. I was rushed so quickly on the last one is it really worth it? I have been going to this office for 20 years. Cold, rude and mean... do not go there unless you want to wait forever and be treated like you are a criminal. I have never experienced such a thing. I know they can be busy or stressed, but the way I was treated when trying to get care for my elderly and sick mother is deplorable. I have yet to be able to actually speak to the doctor. We meet with the NP, Dawn Leggon, who is cold, rude and heartless. Be prepared. I cannot even believe I have to right this. I hate doing it, but the truth might help save someone. I've been going Dr. Marsel for a year now and I don't know what others are talking about at the front desk as they are not rude and always polite and know their business. I've gotten many a test and other Doctors referrals without a problem or a hassle. Yes, Dr Marsel dictates right in the visit so he can be on top of my/your office visit(s). There is only one time out of the Last 10 visits he/his staff overlooked something but got it on the next visit. It wasn't critical, so no worries. I give him a 4.9. Very good doctor and took the time to go over everything with me as opposed to rushing me. Staff are nice. Nice clean place aswell.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Marsel and , have seen, Dawn Liggon as well over the past 14 years. They have been very caring, thorough and have always taken the time to answer our questions. They are both very up to date on the latest research and have made some great decisions on our care because of that knowledge. We make sure we are prepared for our visits with a list of questions/concerns so that we use the visit time efficiently and effectively. I was seeing Dr. Marsel a few years ago but stopped going because I felt he was always in a hurry and didn't have time to be bothered. I decided to return because the doctor I changed to moved across the state. My disappointment in the operation of this doctors office goes beyond what it had been in the past. Everything has changed in his practice and it is not for the better in my opinion. I am so discouraged with this health care facility. Debating whether to go there again.

Best doctor I’ve been to in a long time. I’m a pretty healthy 57 year old, and he asks the right questions, really listens to you. Not a by the book, not caring about you judgemental, 4 minute bill your insurance guy. Highly recommend.

My aunt and Dad are seen by him and the other doctors in his office. Now I see him as well! He is very caring and knowledgeable!!

I have been going to this facility for over a year now seeing Dawn Leggon which I think is a good provider. However the front end staff and Manager there is below average. They are rude and never do anything properly. You can never get anything done by this staff and they make no effort to make the process easy for their patients that pays them. Dr. Marsel saved my husband's life a few years ago, and I immediately switched to his practice. Extremely smart. New technology required by the hospital practice and insurance companies is1st priority, as most of my current visit Dr. was on PC checking boxes. I enrolled on the Orlando Health portal, to review my medical chart, he noted did not discuss in several areas. I wanted to discuss but never had the chance. Staff need to introduce themselves before they touch you. Mostly unfriendly.

I was a long term patient at this practice, and recently lost my stepson to a sudden stroke, which triggered my son's epilepsy seizures. I had been to see the doctor within the past 3 months, and requested a refill on my Xanax because I DIDN'T USE THE REFILL I HAD LEFT IN OCTOBER OF 2014 - IT EXPIRED SO CLEARLY I DON'T ABUSE THE MEDICATION. I sent a fax detailing the loss of my stepson and explained the seizures my son was having as well as provided the new appointment for my doctor visit, and asked to please have my prescription called into the pharmacy while I worked my family through these difficulties. This practice, after 20 years of being my provider and knowing everything about me, that I don't abuse drugs and that I rarely take the Xanax, refused to help me when I needed it. I could not leave my son alone with epileptic seizures until I could arrange for home health care for him, so I could not go into the office for an appointment until mid-May which I also explained to them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Find a practice that will at least try to work with you when emergencies arise come up. Dr Marsel is friendly and dedicated to caring for me and my family. I'm very pleased to have him as my primary care physician
