Staff is nice , Crystal is very caring and the doctor is a really good physician ,.I am so greatfull I found this place , no one during covid will see you but Dr. Billota care about his patients .

Best doctor who uses old school approach and truly cares for his patients. Also must add that his staff is wonderful as well. Courteous, professional and always willing to go beyond the call of duty.

Terrible

Two stars instead of one because the Dr was good enough to prescribe me a year's worth of badly needed medication. Saw the Dr some 40 days ago and still have not heard back. Have not received a promised copy of my blood work Via Email to take to my Endocrinologist appointment. I am assuming that my test results were mixed or not as serious as first thought or I would have been contacted...Right? For all the positive reviews, I cannot understand why the doctor had no problem insulting me and my life choices (non-medical) steadily throughout my visit. Was he having a bad day or should I too have multiple marriages and be supporting children in my late 60's? Also, many thanks for writing down the wrong phone number to call. Dr. B is a terrific physician! I’ve been going to him for years and I always appreciate how he handles his craft!

Great. I’ve been going to him for 4 years now. He pays attention to the minor details in medical exam that could become life changing

Was he having a bad day or should I too have multiple marriages and be supporting children in my late 60's? Update: Saw Endocrinologist last week and was diagnosed with type II Diabetes. Thanks Willowbrook Medical center and DR Bilotta for letting me go another two months untreated. One Star now.

For someone like me who prefers anything but the phone, this was extra embarrassing.

Such a nice doctor willing to take the time required and answer questions. Really one of the best

Dr. Bilotta is excellent and caring. I appreciate his expertise and his bed side manner. I highly recommend this practice.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bilotta for the first time for FAA medical renewal. I had a special issuance and there were some non standard conditions that needed to be addressed. I truly appreciated the genuine candor and time spent by Dr. Bilotta to understand my issues and he even followed up with the FAA in OK on the phone for clarification! Great experience, great care, great conversation. Highly recommend and will continue with this physician.

Posting this for my sister, but he is by far the greatest Doctor. His patients well being is always his number one concern. He is honest and helpful and his manner is almost as if he has known each patient for years. He never takes shortcuts or makes you feel as though he is too busy even though he probably is.....
