I just found out Dr Berti will no longer be in Illinois and relocating to Nashville Tennessee. I am deeply disappointed with hearing this. He has been the absolute best Dermatologist! His ability to engage with his patients, providing understanding and his willingness to find a solution is unmatched. His communication and sincerity will be missed here in Illinois. Dr. Berti walked into the exam room not wearing a mask. When I asked him to put one on he came back into the room with the mask only covering his mouth. Again I had to ask him to wear the mask properly over his nose and chin. He was very condescending. He also didn’t wash his hands before examining my child. Dr. Berti is outstanding! He has treated my entire family from acne and skin cancer. He also does my cosmetic procedures flawless, my lips look natural and best they’ve ever looked..

Dr. Berti walked into the exam room not wearing a mask. When I asked him to put one on he walked back in with the mask only covering his mouth. Had to ask again for him to have the mask cover his nose and mouth. He didn’t wash his hands before examining my child, and didn’t wear gloves. I have seen both Dr. Bertis and they are both equally wonderful. Caring toward patients, they have the best and most gentle solutions to whatever I needed. Appointments are quick and all treatments have been beyond effective! I tell everyone to go here, they really are the best!

Dr. Berthi is one of the best doctors I know! He is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients. He always takes time to answer my questions, and provides me with thoughtful and thorough responses. He is exceptionally well trained (Mayo!) with a plethora of knowledge for both medical and cosmetic dermatology, and always suggests treatments that are research based and work! I’m in my 30’s and cannot tell you how INCREDIBLE my skin looks following Laser Genesis treatments. This machine does wonders! It builds collagen, helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, decreases hyperpigmentation and redness, and so much more! I have also seen Dr. Berthi and his office staff for laser hair removal and microdermabrasion; both of which have yielded extremely successful results with little downtime. His nursing staff are also so kind. I have worked mostly with Kelly and Ashley, and they are both wonderful both personally and professionally. They are also very detailed and meticulous which I really appreciate. This office is one of a kind, and I recommend Dr. Berthi and his staff for all your dermatology related needs! Dermatologist who is excellent clinically and very good with patient rapport. Explains things so they are well understood! Dr Berti is the best! I have been going to him since 2005. He has removed many squamous cell and Basel cell. He has removed warts and skin growths. You can not find a better dermatologist in Chicagoland area.

Dr. Berti did procedure that made my face look uneven. Dr acknowledged his mistake but wasn’t regretting his work and refused to refund my money. He said don’t come back if you don’t like my work.

I have been coming to this office for many years, I could not have found better doctors. I never feel rushed, both doctor are the most professional, compassionate, informed drs you could ever find. DR. BERTI ROCKS! I’ve been coming to Dr. Berti for 20 years... He is the best at Botox and fillers! He takes his time & answers any questions thoroughly. He is so talented... so don’t risk Botox at a McDonald’s drive thru doctor who only cares about your money!

I usually don’t write reviews however I felt compelled to share our experience as it was memorable. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. I came with my teen daughters to see Dr. Berti who was amazing throughout our visit so much it was the first time I’ve seen my girls smile after a doctors appointment. Dr. Berti made them feel like their problems are treatable and similar to other teens so they didn’t feel different anymore which is hard to do for teens no matter how mild or extreme a case maybe. I went to Dr. Berti's clinic for a mole screening. First, the wait time is long. After the nurse interviewed me, it took a while before Dr. Berti attended to me. But the more frustrating thing is Dr. Berti hardly examined me. He just stared at me for 10 seconds and that was it! No examination. He said I belong to a race that is low risk, so he did not examine me. This is problematic. If doctors just use your race profile to make a diagnosis, then who is to stop patients from doing the same? This is the reason why many people rely on self-diagnosis and on what they read from the internet, since doctors tend to just use your risk profile anyway. Patients pay a lot assuming that they will be thoroughly examined. Dr. Berti's clinic, I think, caters more to those who need the more expensive cosmetic procedures, so unless this is what you need, do not go to him.

Dr. Berti is a great Dr. He is a true professional who has given me outstanding results. If you have any issues with your skin or just want to look better, go see him. A+

I've seen Dr. Jeff since I was 18. At that time I was suffering from a severe skin disorder. Dr. Jeff and his staff have for the last 13 years taken care of me in everyday possible. I have since moved to the city and they are incredibly flexible when it comes to my schedule and making appointments. Him and his staff have never done anything less than go above and beyond to help me and make sure I am comfortable in my treatment and that my diagnosis remains in a state of irrelevancy. His treatments have always been 100% successful and not only that his staff and him always have a positive attitude and a smile on their faces. If you have psoriasis and need help this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed. If you think this is a fake review or one of his staff I dare you to try me. Dr. Jeff treated me when no other dermatologist would give me the time of day or what I needed and his treatment and attitude have been so positive and successful i feel nothing but indebted to him and his staff. Receptionist was extremely rude and judgmental. From the moment I walked in she just stared me up and down as if I wasn't good enough to be there. When I spoke to her she was very rude pushy and condescending. They are very pushy here about just getting your credit card and payment. It seems all they care about is can you pay right now all they want is your money I would never ever return due to how I was made to feel. I didn't end up liking my injections and felt I was pushed to make a choice I didn't want. Wasn't happy at all with anything. Don't come here. This is the best physician I’ve seen. Great bedside manner. He is very thorough and is able to communicate with you to resolve your issue. I have total trust in this physician. He is the Michael Jordan of Dermatology.

I've been to this derm quite a bit. I was always more than welcomed and very accommodated. The doctor is really informed with product and won't suggest just Neutrogena for everything. Dr. Berti is the best dermatologist I've been to, and there have been many. He has a great bedside manner and knows his stuff. Instead of throwing things at you and charging a ton of money, he works to treat the condition once he makes an educated diagnosis based on things you tell him and his knowledge of skin conditions. My dermititis condition is virtually cleared in less than a year where tons of dermatologists over a ten year period couldn't cure, though gladly took my money and wasted my time. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Berti and his staff. They make me feel very comfortable and are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Berti takes the time to really listen to my issues and offers many options available for my condition. I have recommended Dr. Berti to several family members and friends and they are very satisfied as well. He is close to my home and has late office hours, if needed.

My meeting with Dr Berti was very straight forward and no BS. We talked about my specific problem and he suggested biologics and covered all of my questions and concerns. I felt completely comfortable with both him and his nurse and cannot recommend him more.

Would not recommend. I went there with what turned out to be an over grown oil gland in the middle of my forehead. I asked if he could remove or should I go to another specialist and he indicated that he could do it. I had the procedure and before I could get the stitches out, the large gland had grown back and with the scar, in my opinion was worse that when I first came there.
