Dr. Russell is a Excellent Doctor Very professional and courteous. His nurse Ms. Janice Is wonderful as well.

Dr Russell is a good Dr he listen at what u half to say and and after you finish talking he give his opinion I'm so glad he my Dr he are really a good Dr he the best Dr I have had and have. He listen that's what matter the most!!

Hard to get a hold of, staff doesn't return calls promptly, or at all on occasion. Recently had a discrepancy due to him making a common error, but I was left to talk with only two secretary's about the matter. Still waiting a return call (2 days now). I followed a prescribed plan verbatim as described to me by himself in person, only to realize I ran out ot my dedication because the RX issued differed from that we discussed. On my first visit it took nearly two weeks to get needed prior auth...
