Dr. Arnold Stanley Block

I was a patient of Dr. A. Block, Psychologist I only received 30min sessions. I asked the receptionist the length of a visit. She said 45min. Even the office person was surprised that my time was only 30 min. When I asked again, she gave some flimsy excuse and a different answer. I went through 2020 and 3 sessions in 2021. Almost everyone of my sessions were ONLY 30min. Only a couple of times did we go a few min. over. I have never in all my years had a 30min. session, it was always 55min. Very little can ever be accomplished in that short of time, especially if he is a few min. late. I feel I have been cheated of valuable time. I always felt rushed to say what I needed to and the responses were short. Dr. was always was eager to end the sessions at 30min. The Billing dept. kept me waiting for months for refund for falsely charged co-pays. I had to call numerous times and still have not received the refund that they said, & it would take 4-6 or 8 wks. The staff is not conscience.
