We have been seeing Dr. Wyatt for about 6 or 7 years. We absolutely love her. She is kind, genuine and will be honest about where you are and what you need. I would absolutely recommend her.

Office is completely unresponsive. Called three times about refilling an rescue inhaler and nothing. Good thing I'm not attached to breathing or anything.

I think Dr. Wyatt is great but I have had a lot of issues with the front office staff. They have made errors in the type of blood work I needed (which I had taken off from work to do and then needed to go back AGAIN, the doctor looked over the paperwork and she CORRECTLY filled out what she needed, but the front office messed up the communication to the lab). I have to call them EACH TIME to refill my prescriptions when CVS also contacts them. Just recently. CVS contacted them last week regarding my prescription. I called them yesterday afternoon AND this morning during their "office hours" but HAVE NOT received a call back. And I am now out of the medication I need. Any time I go, I make my payment that same day. However, several weeks later I receive an automated call saying I owe a payment. So I have to call AGAIN (each time) to get removed from the automated call. The only reason I have stayed with them is because of Dr. Wyatt herself, but the office staff is unprofessional. If I could, I would give Dr. Wyatt 0 stars. In my first visit, Dr. Wyatt did not so much as touch me during the physical exam and neglected to ask any questions about my medical history. In a virtual exam earlier this year, Dr. Wyatt spent less than 5 minutes on a video call with me and billed me for nearly $300, despite not providing any substantive information in response to the questions I asked or sending me the referrals she had promised. Further, Dr. Wyatt's website is completely inoperable; neither the "make an appointment" nor the "contact" form function in ANY web browser. There's a reason she is always accepting new patients...

Would have been nice if someone had told me that my appt today was a video call. I took off work for this appt. Thanks for nothing.

This doctor's office feels so unprofessional. In the waiting room, there is a table chock-full of medical brochures. No magazines for the people waiting. Instead of being given a room for the duration of your stay, you are rotated, along with several other patients, through rooms and back to the waiting room. This isn't terrible, but it is not the way I've been treated at other doctor's offices. The doctor herself is fine, but the office is so unprofessional. Today I tried to call and was put on hold, and then 15 minutes later was hung up on. The website they use seems to have two different portals, both offering different things, but if you've signed up for one, you cannot access the other? Been very frustrating trying to pay bills. When they prescribe medication, I have often gone to the pharmacy to pick it up only to be told that there is no prescription for me. Calling the office does not lead to answers. One time I asked for an early appointment and they told me to come at 7:45. When I arrived, the person who would be able to do the blood work was not due to arrive until 8:30. If this was the case, why tell me I could arrive at 7:45? When I arrived, the doctor's office was still closed and locked up. My husband has had very similar issues with this doctor's office. Very bizarre. I am going to have to look for another primary doctor because I can no longer handle this. This doctor's office feels so unprofessional. Dr. Wyatt has been our primary physician for over thirty years. We are fortunate to have her and grateful for her service. Dr. Wyatt's staff has always been exemplary. She's kept us reasonably healthy for a very long time.

Dr. Wyatt saw me same day I called her office. I called at 9, got an 11am appointment, picked up meds and I was home by 1:30pm. Dr. Wyatt built rapport, and I didn't feel rushed. New patient who scheduled a follow-up.

Dr Wyatt is humbled but right to the point and great service. But her staff is always unpredictable just waited fourty five minutes for blood work after being seen by the doctor due to poor communication with one another.

She misread lab results. Thankfully I consulted with a friend who is also a physician and they accurately interpreted results. The staff misplaced my paperwork. I had to wait well over an hour before seeing her. She does not return phone calls. The staff entered my contact information wrong and I had to correct it for them a number of time. *I understand that it can be overwhelming to be a PCP. I don't quite understand how the above mentioned oversights are possible for a business.

EDIT: It has been two weeks since my wife's blood test and the doctor or anyone from her office has still not called about the results or asked her to come in for a follow-up. Too much back and forth between Columbia and Glen Burnie and it is near impossible to get a hold of anyone who can help. Dr Wyatt is great but her staff are terrible, all the way from the nurses to her billing department. Sent my wife for a blood test and the nurses couldn't even find the vein to draw blood from. The inserted the needle multiple times leaving streams of blood down her arms (she had a bruise on her arm for 2 weeks after her visit). Even after calling the office a week and a half later, we still dont have the results of our blood report. Wrong billing codes were sent to my insurance company so now they have denied our claim. Trying to get a hold of someone in billing is another nightmares. One giant clusterf****. The doctor is great, the staff are dreadful. Do yourself a favor and find a GP with a more competent practice. Never received a follow up call about how my apt went, blood test results. But over all, she is a good doc.

I've been seeing Dr.Wyatt for several years. She's always professional, yet personable. When I was dealing,4 years ago, with the loss of my spouse, Dr.Wyatt treated me with compassion, and sensitivity.It is a busy office, but so far I haven't had schedule issues.

Terrible doctor, terrible service. I was diagnosed with breast cancer after a call I received from the hospital a day after receiving a call from Wyatt's office saying that my biopsy lab results are good. It turned out that she was looking at my biopsy report and not the lab results. I tried to reach her back multiple times to see what happened and they were hanging up the phone. Wyatt never called me back, it was so unprofessional. The worst thing is that these people are considered doctors.

Dr. Wyatt herself was very helpful and an attentive physician. I hate to leave a review so low, but I would not recommend her practice to anyone with a busy schedule. The available office hours are about 4 hours a day and at any point after 2:30pm a phone message entreats you to call back during "normal" hours. Which I would generally consider to be before 5:00pm. My problem is that I have called and left messages and spoke to a lady in the main office requesting a prescription that Dr. Wyatt wrote me to be called in to my pharmacy. I've been assured that it will be seen to, but I'm on day 4 with no request for info or supply of my medication. At this rate I'm making an appointment with another doctor to get this filled and I'm going to see who wins the race. Also, who answers the phone to a business with just "Doctor's office"? I've been a patient of Dr Wyatt for two decades. She and her office are always professional. She is a very caring and dedicated physician.

I waited for over an hour and a half to be seen. The staff acted like it was my problem. They are rude and the place is not up to date or well kept.

Have been seeing Dr. Wyatt for a little over a year now and while she is a great doctor to work with, the receptionist staff are completely unprofessional. I had a 3 month follow up scheduled today and upon arriving for my appointment, I found out Dr. Wyatt is out on vacation. There was no call to me from the receptionist staff indicating that my appointment was cancelled, my appointment did not show up in their books and even more frustrating is that I received 2 reminder automated calls during the week to remind me about my appointment. While there was nothing I could do for my appointment today, there was little to no concern for the mishap from the front desk. Businesses should not be run like this and I will be finding another primary care physician after this experience. Complete waste of my time this morning. Went back to this doctor for a follow-up to check blood enzyme levels. Waited over an hour in the small, old, muggy waiting room only to see her for 5 mins (if even). Directs me to her nurses after I mention to her what I needed to draw blood. A few weeks pass and I had to call multiple times to get my blood test results. To my surprise and disappointment, the enzyme (that I had asked to be checked multiple times) wasn't even tested. Waste of time and money...
