Dr. Arnold I Pallay

Dr. Pallay, Changebridge PA’s and Staff are awesome. I have been seeing Dr. Pallay for a serious neurological condition since April 2000. Quite frankly, I would be lost without his guidance and knowledge. As a family practitioner he does not just pass the buck to a “specialist”, Dr. Pallay takes the time to understand my concerns and answers all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Pallay and Changebridge Medial Associates.

I recommend him to all my family & friends.

Dr. Palay and the Changebridge Medical Staff are a Godsend. They are very courteous and very knowledgeable and display extreme professionalism. Not too long ago, I was suffering from Deep Depression and seeked his professional advice and assistance. Dr. Palay put me in touch with Mindoula Mental Health and together as a team were able to help me with my condition. Thank you so much and my Family thanks you also, Dr. Palay for helping me just breathe again. Would I recommend Dr. Palay and his staff? The answer is absolutely Yes!

I love Dr. Pallay! I finally found a doctor that cares about his patients. Who makes sure you follow through with your preventable exams. Takes the time to talk to you and asks what is going on in your life during these stressful times. Also wants to make sure the referral he has given you is one you feel comfortable with and is helping you. His staff is very friendly and professional.

I cannot recommend this doctor. He basically almost let my Dad die at St. Clare's hospital because he couldn't be bothered to even check in on him. The two times he showed up during the weeks that my Dad was there, he hadn't even read my Dad's chart. He ignored very obvious signs of a serious illness and my Dad ended up being diagnosed with ALS. Luckily, my family and I took charge of advocating for my Dad and got him transferred to another hospital or he would be dead.

Dr. Pallay's manner is very brusque. I felt like he was rushing me out the door before he even got in the door. As I was trying to ask questions, he already had one hand on the knob. He may be knowledgeable, but I did not feel heard as a patient. There is only time for him to say, you have this, take this, see you next time, and have a nice day. This is a disappointment because he may be a very qualified doctor but I feel like an unimportant patient.

Dr. Pallay has medically help raise my children and grand children for over 30 years. We have developed a very loyal and trusting relationship and his qualifications and demeanor is extremely professional and heartfelt. I personally have several medical issues that Dr. Pallay has orchestrated many adjustments and procedures to advance my good health with treatments and proper recommendations. It has been an honor to know him as a Doctor and a dedicated person in our community. .

Pallay is so arrogant he does not listen, did not address my problem (Can you believe that?) and MORE - 2 hours late for the 4th time - that is it for me! I thought it was a flook but no it was not, People have told me the same even staff.I hate him and so do they
