The services are good, Dr Walters and the dental crew are doing a good job. However, the front desk is on a downward spiral. They had a great admin, Sue, who left for a different practice. Ever since then it was a complete disaster. We would get emails and text confirming our upcoming appointments, however, those appointments didn't exist! They would call to remind us of appointments that we never made, on a completely different date and time! When we told them that those were incorrect, they would argue with us that we are wrong, meanwhile we have the black and white confirmation of the original appointment that they argue we never made. This happened multiple times. The new admin Lindsey is absolutely clueless, I have never seen anyone so incompetent. Very sad. Dr. Walters looks like a good guy, down to earth, he should know that the front office has a lot to do with the success of the practice. Sue juggled it like a pro, and Dr. Walters not doing anything in his power to keep her employed is going to affect his success. I honestly cannot deal with the front desk nonsense anymore. There are plenty of other good practices out there with competent admins that could use our business, and I am positive we are not the only ones who go separate ways.

Dr. Walters is my Dentist for many years. I highly recommend him. Dr. Walters is an Outstanding Dentist very thorough. Great Staff, office impeccably clean.

Dr. Walter is very knowledgeable and friendly doctor. I have Ben visiting him for more than 20 years. His staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Awesome dentist and friendly staff

Dr Walter is excellent!! He takes good care of my family. Several years ago my son got hit in the mouth with a hockey puck hitting his front tooth off. Dr Walter did a beautiful job; I was nervous about discoloration, but it came out great. I am so impressed with him. The place is very clean and their staff is always friendly. I highly recommend!

It starts at the front desk the staff is great! Then any of Dr Walters Assistance and helpers are already nice. Then you have the best dentist I could ask for. Never any pain always comfortable! Keep it up Dr W!!

The entire staff always holds the highest regard for every patient. They are very friendly & professional. Dr. Walter's has always been honest & forthcoming about the care of my teeth & my whole family has been going to them for many years. Dr.Walter's will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable & pain free. He makes suggestions to offer you the best solution to your dental needs, but never pushes you into doing anything you are not comfortable with physically or financially.

Dr Walter came to the office during the pandemic to help me after I broke off a piece of my tooth. He smoothed out the tooth and I feel much better without a sharp edge on the tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Walter!

This is what you call High Quality and Professionalisms in Dentistry. I was in pain and couldn’t eat anything, i called the office to set up an appointment because the Office was closed due to COVID-19 closures. Dr. Walter came in and took care of me. Now i can have my dinner and chew again.

The office staff and the Doctor provided assistance for me to have a denture appliance fixed promptly even though the office was technically closed and working only on emergency issues. While I was a customer of Dr. Walter for many years when I lived in Towaco, this treatment was exceptional since I now live at a distance and the Doctor and his staff still responded efficiently and promptly. My new local dentists would have had me wait for weeks for what Dr. Walter and staff did in a few days!

This being my first visit, I was impressed that upon entering the office, there was an inviting atmosphere of calm cool and collected staff. We have been seeing Dr Walter for a couple of years. We moved from Boonton to the Toms River area almost 2 years ago. We liked Dr Walter and we really did not want to find a new dentist. We had Susan as a hygienist and Dr Jursik, whom we have not seen before, was the dentist in the office that particular day. Susan provides a great cleaning and Dr Jursik was very thorough with his dental exam. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

My hygienist was Cara and she couldn’t have been more pleasant! She was very so sweet and did an awesome job cleaning my teeth! She was probably the most friendly tech I have ever had! I have and will continue to recommend the dental services of Dr. Walter. I have a colleague who took me up on the recommendation 24 years ago, and became his patient while living in Morris County. When 3 years later he moved to Denver, he continued to use his services when periodically returning to NJ on business. He has now retired, taken residence along the Jersey shore and is again a regular patient with appointment schedule, traveling 80 miles to do so.. It would seem he agrees with my assessment of Janes Walter’s professional skill.

I was 5 minutes late for an appointment and received a very rude phone call to ask if I was coming to my appointment. After receiving numerous requests to confirm my appointment, and doing so each time, it would be greatly appreciated to be a little more courteous to your patients. Incredibly rude. And why schedule appointments when the Dr. is not in? That's what I'm paying for in my services.

25 min wait in the waiting room with no heads up. Hygenist was good. Office manager on way out LIED and said the delay just happened (which is contradictory from the hygenist's response). I could have been called 20 min earlier to be be notified.

I am 76 years old and have experienced many hygienists, the hygienist that I experienced yesterday was absolutely the worst ever. Several times I had to halt him because it felt as though he was about to rip my lip open. I suggest his career aspirations would be better served at another practice, he certainly will not help build your practice.

Dr. Walter’s, is Amazing, Outstanding, Gifted, using Advanced Dental Procedures. The Best Dentist in Northern New Jersey. Excellent, service!!!! Very punctual timing for each and every appointment! Very helpful and caring every staff member! Extremely knowledgeable and very confident Dentist who really provides detail understanding for every treatment. Dr. Walter’s Dental staff also continually trained in the advancements of Dental Procedures.
