Dr. Arnold Weekes comes across caring but he regularly fails to follow thru with agreed treatment options that require him to do paperwork such as reauthorization for medications thus delaying availability-often leaving patients without PAIN medications. He does not return calls or messages ever. When you ask him about such he always claims he never got it , "I'm sorry never got it". He quit SEBMF 1/29/19, my notice was mailed 1/12/19. He lacks diligence or integrity. Do NOT select him. BAD

If you are looking for long wait times this is the place. After many years, 7+, here it has become apparent that wait times of 45-120 minutes, after your appointment time, is totally acceptable to Sutter. Add that with being told the next available appointment is 6-8 weeks out, lack of flexibility if you need a procedure, and no empathy when you call in, I can no longer stay here. Dr Weekes seems like a good guy but somewhere there is a breakdown that doesn't put the patients need as a priority and its his name on the door so the buck has to stop somewhere.

Continuously runs behind. Almost every appointment over the past 3 years averages an hour behind schedule with times almost reaching 2 hours not to mention late cancelations. I’ve tried the AM the PM and there’s is no difference. This is getting ridiculous. Personally, Dr Weekes is very capable, does a good job, listens well most of the time BUT the absolute disregard of a patients time by Sutters system, as evident by no improvements over the years and the flat apathy of the front desk, is unacceptable. It takes weeks to months to get an appointment so I plan my work day around the set time and then have to call the office to tell them I will be another 2 or 3 hours behind. I’d be curious to see what would happen if you show up an hour or two late. Very frustrating. Continuously runs behind. Have seen him 3 times and never been on time. Last visit he an hour and 15 minutes late.

Dr.weekes truly cares about his patients he takes the time to help them get their life back, and sometimes you have to wait but that’s what you get when you have a doctor that is willing to listen and help you!

Dr. Weekes dramatically improved my quality of life. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

Tired of appointments consistently running late, appointments cancelled but no urgency with rescheduling, zero flexibility when scheduling procedures (we can all take days off whenever we want), length of time it does take to get an appointment. Dr Weekes seems to be a good guy but either Sutter or he needs to work some things out.
