My wife and I give Dr. Cherry 5 stars. He did cataract surgery on all our eyes in the last few months. Now our vision is very, very close to normal. One of my wife's cataracts was very dense and I had macular degeneration in both eyes. But after Dr. Cherry's surgery we can see so much better. Dr. Cherry is a very nice person to work with and took the time to answer all our questions. His office staff is very good to work with and very professional. Their office runs on time, no long waits after you check in. We also found the Concord surgery center that he uses to be excellent, with a caring and professional staff. The doctor and the staff show great compassion and care towards the patients. We always feel like we are in the best hands with this office.

Went here for a second opinion on glaucoma screening results and the only positive thing I got was an appreciation for the quality of my current doctor. Despite specifically asking for an experienced technician, I was used as a training subject for a new employee on several tests. The OCT test performed by their "most experienced tech" had a signal strength of 2/10 on one eye and 3/10 on the other which makes the results practically useless. When I raised my concerns about this to the doctor who I got to see for all of 5 minutes he just chuckled and said I couldn't really get much better for my eyes. When I showed him the 7/10 and 9/10 that was achieved by my current doctor all he had to say was that the results from his office were "pretty good". I'm not going to make life changing medical decisions on "pretty good". Waste of my time and money. Definitely does not deserve the high ratings that I based my decision to try this doctor on. Just look to their original response (See photo. They changed it after) to see the quality of the care and professionalism you can expect. Asking for accuracy is difficult? More time than you "should" have? Its not an express car wash. If you are done striving for excellence then retire. People's lives depend on you. You put a lot more energy into your internet reputation than your medical care. Had an eye emergency and this office was able to fit me in quickly. Excellent service and they were able to resolve the issue completely. I had a great experience here with this doctor.

Dr Cherry has been great for our family. He has taken care of my wife and I for years. The office staff is very pleasant. My cataract procedure with him was a great success. We wouldn't trust any other doctor with our eyes.

Dr. Cherry is an excellent Opthalmologist and a great eye surgeon. Most of all, he’s a wonderful person and knowledgeable doctor who also has great staff working at his office. His staffers are courteous, nice, and pleasant to their patients. Also, Dr. Cherry has state-of-the art equipments when it comes to eye exams. I’ve been wearing eyeglasses since I was 10 years old then wore contact lens in high school until my adult life. Now that I’m in my senior years, I developed cataracts on both eyes. My optometrist suggested cataract surgery/IOL implant. My sister had Dr. Cherry for her IOL cararact surgery and was very happy with him in the past. I recently undergone this IOL procedure with Dr. Cherry. I have nothing but good praises for Dr. Cherry. I can wake up with clear vision of my surroundings in the morning without my eyeglasses. Great service from cataract surgery to fallow up for reading glasses. love the staff most help full and concentrate.

This place is horrible. The doctor cant diagnose my wife eyes cause. They keep charging my insurance and want us pay more cash out of pocket. This is the worst place to go. I recommend u go to other office that will not scam u.

This place is horrible. They don’t even want to help you. I walked in trying to get a price to get frames filled in with my prescription and she kept telling me I needed to pay $200 before anything. They have no manners.

Dr. Cherry has been my doctor for several years. He is very knowledgeable and the office staff is excellent. I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor and he takes great care of my eye heath!

Because of a disagreement between me and Cherry, when I requested a refill, pharmacist was told Cherry was not my doctor. I wasn’t notified as all other doctors do that I was no longer his patient. Additionally, he and his staff blatantly lied, giving, two different reasons Cherry was no longer my doctor. And, his staff lied and said They contacted me and my sons by phone that Cherry was no longer treating me. Very unbusiness-like! No regard for needs of an elderly recovering cancer patient.
