It's a shame to see how professionals in the medical industry can be simply lazy and indifferent to their patients' needs. Arsine Barsegyan has no moral right to call herself a doctor. When I picked this doctor for my elderly, sick uncle 2 years ago, it was the guidance and assistance coming only from this Dr's Assistant , Ripsime, that earned my trust and was helpful in so many ways during the battle with cancer that we finally won for my uncle. When he passed away a few months ago and his elderly sister stayed in my care, I turned to the same Dr's office for assistance and appointed Arsine as her PCP. It took one visit to notice this Dr's lack of interest, reluctance to work with the patient, and hardly any involvement in her patient's fate, leave alone any treatment. I was the one to provide all the details, all the medical records for each admission to hospital, lists of medications prescribed, progress reports on the condition of the patient to the doctor's office. When there arose a need for a home health services needed for this patient, and we asked for the family's choice home health referral, this doctor simply neglected family's request, didn't oblige reviewing the hospital notes or medical records to derive at a prompt solution for the patient, but insisted on not having time, or desire to work with "other" home health and refused to do her job as a physician. I don't care how corrupt this industry may be, how doctors may make kickbacks or referrals from their "own" referred health care providers, THIS patient IS qualified for this health care assistance, has all the records to support and detail the mental and medical condition proving she needs additional support, but the doctor doesn't give a damn about it. I feel sorry for sharing this review for someone who doesn't deserve to conduct a medical practice. People who know me well, know that I believe in " If you don't have anything good to say about a person, don't say anything at all", but this is one of those times that makes me want to warn others NOT to use this doctor at all. If this doctor doesn't feel like working, doesn't have compassion and desire to help her patients, she'd better stay at home or find herself a different occupation. Everytime I call Sch an appointment no ever answers the phone.

This Doctor and her staff are biase, and they rarely answer inbound calls!! Very unprofessional, thank you for doing me a favor!!

Dr. Barsegyan has been our family doctor for years. She’s the most caring, attentive, and knowledgeable physician. My mom had a condition which no doctor could diagnose, until we met with Dr. B and she conducted thorough testing and diagnosed accordingly. I highly recommend her.
