It was great he saved my life. The wife said he spoke well and answered all questions and wasn't in a hurry I will get to meet him Thursday at his office he has to do another stint on the left side of the heart.

Dr. Amil, has to be one of, if not THE BEST Doctor on the planet, seriously! And his staff is unbelievably gracious as well. My mom Ms. Sanders is his patient. Don't know what my family would do without Dr. Amil and staff. Thanks a million!

I don't know the slightest thing about this doctor, and by the name I can't even tell if it is a man or a woman. All I know is that this person has the initials MD after their name. Anyone with the guts and brains to stick through all the years of medical school, internship, residency, and all the rest, is okay in my books. If you need a doctor and live in this area, this person is just down the street. You might want to look them up. Dr. Amil was perfect, he explained everything fully. He remembers what he says and allows for many questions from family members. I recommend Dr. Amil to anyone who is suffering heart problems.

I'm writing about his assistants answering the phones and making appointments. Her name apparently is Christie. We were asked about a medical check-up on our grandmother who needs a medical letter to extend her visa in US. I contacted his office and this young woman picked up the phone. She first didn't ask if my grandmother is a new patient. Then she asked whether grandmother has insurance. Sure, Non immigrants have insurance everyday, it's normal! She said, we don't just see a patient and write a letter. She doesn't have insurance I don't see how see could pay for our service. (So you have never seen a patient who can cash, am I correct?) Then she went further and asked medical history. This person talked so much compared to the previous doctors' offices I've called. Talking about rude and making decisions for your doctor. Took 3 weeks to get initial diagnosis and only after I called 6 times. When I called to schedule a follow up appointment Christie said Your results are normal, why do you need to see the doctor? and seemed put out that I requested the appointment. On the day of the appointment which was scheduled more than 2 weeks in advance, I recieved a phone call one hour prior saying that the doctor was behind and they would have to see if they could fit me in. This is by far the worst experience ever
