Azita Moalemi

I have been seeing doctor Moalemi for over 20 years for my heart problems. She has saved my life multiple times and always treats me with so much care and kindness. She is extremely knowledgeable and her medical advice has always been on point. I am lucky and grateful for having such an amazing doctor and I highly recommend her.

Five Start Doctor. Listens fully and provides clearly explained diagnosis that has been spot on when other cardiologists have missed, badly. Compassionate. Office seems to be run efficiently.

I had to change my cardiologist after 15 years due to stupid insurance rules and needless to say I was concerned to see a new doctor, but I was wonderfully surprised by the extraordinary care that I received from Dr. Moalemi and her staff. One of the only people that I believe in. She goes out of her way to provide extensive information regarding your concerns and questions. You can depend your life on her and she is extremely knowledgeable and keeps herself updated all the time. Extremely sincere about her diagnosis and will keep you updated with all her findings. Extremely friendly and when you are talking to her it seems like you are talking to a friend or brother or sister or parents or your best friend. If it wasn’t for Dr Moalemi’s experience and knowledge I would have had a heart attack. I saw her for a second opinion and she sent me to the hospital immediately and most likely saved my life.

Dr. Moalemi saved my life in 2003. I just had a baby, i developed postpartum cardiomyopathy. I was admitted to Mount Vernon Hospital. Dr. Moalemi was the only doctor that figured out my diagnosis, and made sure I was put on the right medications to treat my condition. I was in the ICU, in critical condition, thanks Dr. Moalemi you are the best.

Before seeing Dr. Moalemi, I saw another Cardiology Doctor whom I would like not to name here. This Doctor spoke the same language with me but I couldn't understand what was wrong with my heart that he even advised me to see him annually to check up my heart conditions. I quit seeing that Doctor again. I'm very please with Dr. Moalemi. She is EXCELLENT. Thanks for helping to understand my heart problem. Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
