I do not recommend this dr office. They are the most unprofessional careless group of professionals. Their misdiagnosis has caused so much pain and heart ache for my family. They were very unwilling to speak with me to resolve any issues that they have caused. They are all about money not the well being of the patients.

Excellent doctor, checked me thoroughly , diagnosed the problem. I am feeling much better. Whole staff was very helpful.

Dr. Krishnaiah is the best Dr. I have ever met. He is very nice with patient, answering any question regarding you health. I find his diagnosis very perfect.

Awesome doctor who listens well and always provides the best care. Our family has been seeing him for over 10 years and always feel taken care. Staff is also amazing. One of the reason we are in Greenville is because we have such amazing doctor.

Dr K truly cares for the patients, listens well and always gives the best advice. We have been seeing him over 10 years and are grateful to him and his staff for their service!

Went to the doctor to have blood work done. Doctor had put me on Lyrica. (Samples) Said to let her know how it works and she can write a perscription. After my blood work again I said the doctor had said she could write me a prescription for the Lyrica if it worked. Again Insaid it worked. Then I was told Inwould have to have an appointment. Of course they could see me right then with a $25 copay. I paid. When tbe doctor came in she wrote the perscription to send in to CVS. She then said most insurance compainies don't cover Lyrica that thwy wanted the doctor to try other meds. Of course my insurance denied it. Pharmacist said they notified the doctor. It was Friday morning. Never heard anything and I called them as well. Monday morning I call again. Left message telling them what the doctor had already said would happen. Finally at 130pm the receptionist calls and said I would have to make an appointment. I explained I paid $25 Friday to get a.perscription she most likely knew wouldn't go through and now you want me to pay another $25 to get her to give me something else that may or may not be approved. I told her I don't think so. Then I askes for my lab results and she replied oh you had lab work done. Let me check that. She replied oh it is all fine. Again she said I would have to make an appointment. No i don't think so. What happenes to doctors who were a doctor because they care. This doctor is only after money and more money. Actually should be worst rating ever! I had an IVC filter that had been clogged for 2yrs. Not till I ended up in the emergency room did I find out. I had even asked the Dr. if this could happen, his reply, no you are on blood thinners. He sounded so sure of his knowledge of this. They try to handle everything in their office so referrals are hardly given. I had a Pap test and his assistant tells me she looked at the culture in a microscope and saw nothing! I was I shock! I asked her if it was going to a lab for further testing. She became confused on how to answer. She told me to get a lubricant because I was extremely irritated in the area, when I told her I didn’t feel irritation she laughed and said you are. Finally I told them I wanted a referral to a GYN (after no results from her “treatment “). Thank goodness St. Frances was able to determine cause and treat me. I sent Dr Krishna’s an email asking why he did not know about the IVC filter, no response. He put my life in danger and wouldn’t even acknowledge it. His staff doesn’t last long!! Dr. K. was very thorough and attentive. He diagnosed my problem, gave me couple of shots. Right away I started feeling better.

The person who took my vital signs was very unpleasant. She gave me a B/P reading of 130/84. Due to my Hx and the amount of pain that I was in, I knew that wasn't right. So I said so. She then went and got a B/P machine that gave a reading of B/P 170/107. NP gave me a Rx and advised me to continue to take a medication that causes a rise in blood pressure. I had to point that out to her. Dr. Krishniah did the X-rays and he was very nice. I liked him a lot. Some of his staff "not so much!"

This practice is ruined by horrible staff especially the female RN's and the billing staff. Dr. K is very personable and when the practice was smaller it was much better. I especially hated when I'd schedule a visit months ahead of time with the Doctor but then I'd end up seeing only the RN. If I'm paying $$$ for visits and specifically request a doctor, don't send in the RN. Expect the cost of the visits to go up every time thanks to them over billing.

They cut a ingrown toe nail out and gave me staff infection then try to act like the other doctors at the hospital was crazy and did not know what the lab came back with

My expectations at Palmetto Internal Medicine has always been met with superior customer service from the staff and Dr. Krishniah. I've been a patient for over ten years and I highly recommend him to all of my family and friends if they are looking for a Doctor thats honest and cares. Very unhappy the staff is rude. You never see the Doctor only his PA 's who have no clue what they are doing. They don't go over lab results with you and they write things in there notes that u can view online that's is nothing they discussed with you. They miss dignosed my daughter with a very contagious rash and it wasn't till the 2nd visit that the DR finally came in and dignosed her. When I addressed the Dr he got upset and didn't want to see me as a patient anymore.

The staff is beyond rude. I will never go back.

Went in for a physical. I was diagnosed as asthmatic over 20 yrs ago, but was denied my prescription for my inhaler. I was told I'd have to go back and I would be issued my scripts after they could review my blood work. So during high pollen allergy season they denied an asthmatic her inhaler. so for 2 months I'll have to wait for birth control and an inhaler. Not happy will soon be struggling to breath. Needed an internist, took 2 months to get appt. His Nurse (Jeff) very nice and helpful, more so Than Dr. "K". I was in and out without any answers. Did not feel he was attentive to me needs. I did not know anymore from him than my Primary Dr. When I came out There was a Lady who works in the office yelling at a staff member. I assumed she was the office manager, I felt this was very unprofessional. Later I found out from the person who referred me to Dr. K, That was his wife doing the yelling!

Mom is a patient of Dr.K's, but I go into every appointment with her. For routine check-ups (prescription refills, etc) she does see the nurse practitioner and not Dr. K. However, he makes sure to see her several times a year to review where she stands with her heart condition. He is very patient about explaining the reasons behind his ordering of prescriptions and/or tests when necessary. Her health has been stabilized since becoming a patient of Dr. K's years ago and she is doing very well

Was the worst ever, I have been there like five times and I never seen by a doctor. Every time I have been seen by a nurse , however the first time I asked to see a doctor and they told me next visit and it never happened. Plus the staff there were so rude and uncooperative specialty the office manager.

It took them a month to fill out a simple health form after my physical. I paid to have the form filled out. Then they required me to make another appointment for a physical to pick up the form. Then the woman accused ME of being difficult. WHAT?? This woman wasn't even a health professional. And you never get to see the doctor. The NP manages everything!! Looking for a new MD!

I retired from the United States Marine Corps after 20-years of service both during peacetime and war. Dr. K lieterally saved my life and for that I will be eternally grateful. Yes, there are great family practicioners available, but none at the caliber of Dr. K. Many years ago I was "half-joking," when I told him that if he ever moves, I'll be selling and packing up my house to follow him! A quick statement that I believe will explain my experience with Dr. Krishniah over the past seven years. If he moves his practice to another state, I am prepared to sell my house and follow him. He is by far, the best doctor I have ever had. I retired from the United States Marine Corps after 20 years of service. During that time I had a number of family practitioners, but Dr. Krishniah far exceeds any of them in your evaluation criteria. Again, he is nothing short of superb!
