I had an appointment at 8:30 AM for a fasting blood test. The staff did not arrive and open the door until 8:50 AM. Once I entered, I had to sit in the waiting room until the lab technician arrived at 9:00 AM. I too have a job. My time is just as important as theirs.

I do not recommend this practitioner. The provider did not perform the general exam I requested, and instead subjected me to several tests which were unrelated to my health and family history. The latter tests were run by faulty or nonoperational machines, and I never received any report or follow up on the results, even after I requested my clinical history. However, the provider charged and was paid over five hundred dollars by my Medicare Advantage plan, AETNA. I believe this is an abuse of the system, and a disrespect of me as a patient, who was used by the provider to charge for faulty, unnecessary, or nonexistent exams/tests. My previous complaints to the Peace Medical Center eliminated the balance they charged me for the exams that they didn't perform. I do not recommend this practitioner. RUDE!!! No personality! I sit in the waiting room longer than I’m in the room. She treats you like you’re just money on her paycheck! I’m not sure why they keep charts on patients bc they do not read them! I will do my best to never see Dr. Joshi again!

Im an RN, she is sweet, listens, is fair in narc prescribing, thorough. Staff is ignorant, office policy/procedure hard to navigate. Long waits, horrible experiences overall past 5 yrs. I have chronic arthritis- she refused permanent handicap plate (got 1 yr) (parking lot police?). Manager has a deaf ear. I had bad lab results, her uneducated attitude CMA told me to "google it", wanted to charge for visit to have MD explain, then got confusing answer. Got kicked out of practice for complaining
