I went to Goodman for help got subscribed neds my symptoms got worse they upped dose ended up on 72 hour hold got out next day shouldn't of been there because of meds. Message left on my phone that they would no longer see me. Received letter on Monday saying the same. Tried to get records sent to new provider 2 months ago still waiting for them to be sent. So I was thrown to the curb with no help for experience even though it was their fault. Wouldn't even give them any part of a star for their services

I had an appointment set up with Goodman, only to find out from my Employee Assistance Program that they cancelled the meeting (only two days notice). I called Goodman's office and they said their Director decided to decline any sessions based on my limited sessions in the past! Why would you decline seeing a fairly new patient - just because I don't go on regular basis? I believe they are in it for money and seek only patients that will be there every week so they get steady income from EAP

Was referred my Meriter. My daughter had a major anxiety attack after first consult, called the Goodman office for advice. Next day,got a call that my daughter was too troubled for them to deal with and was told to go elsewhere. Terrible experience. My daughter felt like she was too messed up to get help.
