Eric W. Klingbeil

Dr. Klingbeil was friendly, compassionate, and very professional towards me and my wife. He explained what he was going to do and how he would do it. He then visited me after the procedure and explained what he had done and what he had found. He asked me for questions, and I had none. He then said to me and my wife that we could call his office if any questions developed. We thanked him, and it was nice to see a smile on the doctor's face as he left my room at the surgical center.

Cursory exam at best.

While I was waiting in the holding area for my surgical procedure to be performed, I overhead this doctor make a derogatory comment about another patient and her size, to a hospital employee. I can only hope that his bias didn't affect that person's right to proper care and surgical treatment that day.
