Dr. Bari Alexis Parks-Ballard

I loved Dr Parks-Ballard. She is calm, cool, and collected. She put me at ease when I had questions about my first pregnancy. She went out of her way for me multiple times.

She delivered my baby dec 28 2018 I had to get a c section and I was soooo scared but she made sure that I was okay & my cut don’t look bad at all ! I really liked her ??

She delivered my youngest daughter. I had no epidural or any pain relief and the birth was vaginal. As I was pushing, I was moaning because of course, the pain was intense to say the least. Dr Ballard told me to stop making all that noise. Like, is she for real? I wasn't screaming or yelling. And even if I were I'm pushing a person out of my vagina! She has the empathy of an egg and the beside manner of a piranha. Also, I tore and she didn't even notice or bother to stitch me up and offer pain relief.

Just treated like a pay check. Laughed at me as I was asking questions about my FIRST pregnancy. Didn’t try to tell me how to relieve any of my pains or help. I’m very upset I’m so late in my pregnancy because no other doctor offices will take me.

As a new patient - extremely disappointed- staff does not check scheduling properly, and apparently is not paying attention when you're speaking to them. I had to wait quite a long time for a scheduled appointment because it seems they double and triple book to make sure they don't loose any money They will cancel youre appointment if your 15 minutes late - but it's ok if you have wait over 20 minutes due to their mistake - extremely unprofessional- asked the reception desk several times
