My husband scheduled a first time appointment over a week ago with Dr. Jones. It was confirmed by the office the same day by a young woman at the front desk, who called him back with a date and time. However, as he arrived today for his appointment he was greeted unpleasantly by a woman at the front desk, whom was hesitant about buzzing him in the office. As my husband is black. of course this appeared to be very stereotypical and offensive to him. Needless to say once he was buzzed in in they told him he didn’t have an appointment, in which I was present when he initially scheduled the appointment over the phone. We called the office once he got back home about the matter and tried to make another appointment. After being out on hold, the lady at the front desk came back to the phone and stated she told Dr. Jones about our issue and she has decided not to take my husband as a new patient. When calling, there was nothing I or my husband said that was inappropriate to warrant this type of response from Dr. Jones. As it appears the office is understaffed and highly unprofessional, not accepting my husband as a patient was a blessing for us. I have been seeing Dr. Jones since i was 18 years old and now im 40 something. she is straight to the point I love that. she knows her patients and calls you back. me and my mom have been her patients for at least 20 years I love the way she cares for my mom who is a senior when she got sick a couple of years ago she came to her bed side in the hospital. its great to see a doctor who cares I dont think i could find someone to replace her I have been seeing Dr. Jones since i was 18 years old and now im 40 something. she is straight to the point I love that. she knows her patients and calls you back. me and my mom have been her patients for at least 20 years I love the way … More

Unprofessional staff, inflexible office hours, poor communication with patients, and an overall dismissive attitude with patients. SAVE YOU LIFE AND GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR. I wish I could leave a "zero-star" review

Dr. Jones is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. I've know her and been a patient for more than two decades and wouldn't want another doctor. She's also direct, which I truly appreciate. Don't cut corners with me. Be as honest as possible and that she is!
