There is a scar and the doctor was mean and arrogant.

Dr Richter and his staff are awesome! Dr Richter is direct, confident but not at all arrogant, he explained what he was doing and why - this is a huge plus for this nurse/patient. Thanks Everyone was professional and were able to reduce some of my anxiety and fear with their down to earth manner. My mom was treated with a caring and gentle manner while she waited for my procedure to be done. We both felt we were listened to and "the only ones" being cared for. Wonderful Doctor. I am very pleased with my scar (or lack of...it's so faint only after 5 months).

I have virtually no scar from two MOHS that Dr. Richter has done. Even though he warned me I would have some scarring with one of them. Can't see it. At his office, you're in and out in 15-45 minutes even if he needs to return and take another slice of tissue. No need for more needles/anesthesia. I made the mistake of going to Yale for my first MOHS. Hated the long wait in between each slice, the repeat needles/anesthesia, and the scar I have, done by chief of plastic surgery at Yale.
