We absolutely love Beth and the med spa! I went to her 10 years ago for breast augmentation and lipo; and now back to treat scarring with my 13yo daughter. Wouldn’t trust anyone beside Beth with her. Amazing surgeon and staff.

Jess is a master at Botox. With very little product (20 units) she created a natural eyebrow lift and my 11s are gone. I look 10 years younger! Perfect results, thank you❤️

The woman who answers the phones/ works at the front desk (Guilford office) is so friendly and helpful ! Dr. Collins and her staff are just incredible. I haven’t been the easiest patient and have had emotional ups and downs throughout my time with her but she’s been nothing but warm, patient, and compassionate. I’ve been seeing Liz in Mystic for all of my post-op appointments and she talks to me like I’m a friend instead of just another patient to be dealt with. If you are considering eye surgery I cannot stress this enough, please see an Oculoplastics specialist. The eyelid is very complex and requires a level of expertise a general plastic surgeon does not have.

She is a very honest and seems to know her business. A plastic surgeon. Went to see about a tummy tuck. Was not eligible because of my COPD, dangerous to put me under. She is really nice and honest as I said.

I have had two different procedures done by Dr. Collins. The results were excellent in each case. One procedure was more medical and the other cosmetic. In both cases, the results left me feeling quite good about the look - very natural, very minimal scarring. Her staff is accommodating. All around, a very positive experience and I felt I was in good hands. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Collins charges $150 up front before her staff will even schedule you an appointment with her, even if you are seeing her for plastic surgery that is covered by insurance (injury or illness-related surgery). Dr. Collins's staff justifies this $150 pre service fee by stating it is to cover patient no-shows. However, even if the patient shows up for a consult and Dr. Collins does a quick once over and decides surgery isn't necessary, a patient still does not receive the $150 back, even if the patient is seeing Dr. Collins for a plastic surgery consult that is normally covered by health insurance. If you need nonelective plastic surgery following illness or an injury, save your money and go to a doctor who simply bills your insurance directly without charging extra fees. Had liposuction to reduce my double chin and the results were amazing. Little to no bruising and by week 2 you could not tell surgery was even done. She even gave me copies of my before and after pics to keep. Cant wait to go back for a tummy tuck.

Dr. Collins is a caring, understanding, professional. She performed surgery on me and did a wonderful job. She explained everything and what to expect. She makes you feel safe. I would highly recommend her. If I needed more surgery I wouldn’t hesitate to call her!

Staff quoted a price prior to scheduling a consult. At consult, price was $1,970 higher. Emailed asking for refund of $150 consult based on inaccurate information given at time of booking. Absolutely no response. Dr. Collins was very good, but staff is who you have to go through and they are unresponsive. Total bait and switch, so disappointing.

I found the office and the staff very accomodating and pleasant. Dr. Collins takes time with you to explain the procedure and the outcome you can expect.

Dr Collins provides excellent care and combines technical skill with an artist's eye. What sets her apart from so many other cosmetic surgeons is that her results are so natural - not stretched and "plastic-y". Patients look like themselves - only more well-rested and refreshed - not "done". I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch cosmetic procedures that are individualized - not cookie-cutter.

I used Dr. Collins for two separate procedures, Lipo and Tummy Tuck, and am completely satisfied with both. She is great unless you have a problem such as an infection. She seemed incompetent to deal with a serious infection and I quickly lost confidence in her as a practitioner. As soon as she was paid, she was "hands off." I wished I had gone to a more professional PS. Luckily, I have found someone to fix her mistakes.

Got my breast reduction surgery and I could not be more happy with the results. Beth Collins did a great Job! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to get any type of procedure done.

I had a breast reduction and lift a little over 4 weeks ago. I think in another month I will be really happy with the results. I was just not prepared for how long the healing process would take or how very, very painful the recovery would be. Initially, I was told I would only have an "anchor" cut/scar, no nipple removal or drains would be required. I was told I could return to my desk job in about 10 days. I was a full, very saggy DD and wanted to be a small C or full B. I woke up fully cut from under my armpits all the way across under my breast, then up to the nipple, nipple was removed and cut down to appropriate size and drains were put in. If I had known, I would have prepared and taken more time off of work, AT LEAST 2-3 FULL WEEKS instead of 10 days. You don't realize just how much you use your pectoral muscles doing office work. The pain has just been absolutely horrible. I have had multiple major surgeries (twin emergency C-section, another C-section, gallbladder removal, hysterectomy) also several tattoos (1 taking over 4 hours) so I can usually take pain. But the pain of all those things pale in complaisance to this procedure. I realize that the extra work was for my benefit and I do really think the "girls" will look really nice once all healed. Nipples are equal in size and level and breast are level and nicely shaped. Over all Dr. Collins did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend her. Had a 01/16 appt for a scaarring consult; quoted $150 &promised they would send thru to my insurance and bill it. Months later received a $300 bill as if it was an outpatient medical service. On my appt, they took me in 1.5 hours late & spent 20 minutes with Dr Collins for a suggestion & quote. I disputed the overcharge twice & was told they would fix it, sent them a check for $150 they cashed. 07/28 they are now billing again. They are padding bills!
