At first I wasn't sure of who to choose to tighten up my jowls, did my research and found Dr. Tittle. He answered all my questions and I felt he was secure in the treatment he chose for me. It has only been a week and half and I am seeing incredible results. I have friends already asking for his information.

The office personnel was friendly and Dr Tittle was informative and answered all my questions making sure I was comfortable with the procedure I was wanting to have done. As a former patient, he even told me it was not a necessary procedure unless I just really wanted to have it done! :) Highly recommend to see him FIRST before going elsewhere you will not be disappointed!

After a significant amount of weight loss, he successfully removed the extra skin around my tummy. I feel like a new person! He gave clear expectations of what to expect and the procedure and post op was easy with his instructions. And his staff is amazing too!

Very professional and caring staff and an awesome surgeon. After 3 kids and thinking about it for 20 years, I followed my OBGYNs advice and had a lift, reduction, TT and lipo. It has only been a month and a half but I have my old body back. BONUS: so far I don't have the constant neck pain and my herniated discs aren't causing me problems because now my stomach muscles have been tightened. His clinic is easy to work with. I love that they called in meds before surgery and always provide me supplies so I don't have to chase around tape, gauze, etc.

I had multiple issues and complications with the previous breast implants placed by another surgeon. Dr. Tittle took on this complex case with carefulness and kept my health and comfort at the top of his concerns through out the several months we worked together. I'm pleased and am so incredibly thankful to Dr. Tittle, his nurses, Lori, his surgical nurse and anesthesiologist. Every single member of his team is out standing. From start to finish I had a wonderful outcome and experience. Not only do my new implants look great but they all feel great, they are safe, they will last and I'm not covering up possible complications or illness. Thank you! You guys are the best.

I've been wanting to get a breast augmentation for many years and finally decided to go through with it 2 years after having my child. I met with a few different doctors before I found Dr. Tittle and read great reviews from his past clients. I met with him and, immediately, the staff and Doctor made me feel so comfortable and I knew this was the one. Dr. Tittle is so genuine, kind, patient and explains everything so thoroughly. He gives you the time of day! I'm 4 days post-op and feel amazing. I can't wait to see what my final results are in a few weeks! I would recommend him to anyone in an instant.

I had my first lipo experience with a different provider/different city about a year and a half ago and I was not happy with my results. I had a leftover "shelf" where the previous provider didn't remove enough fat and their technology/method left me bright purple bruised for over a month. I was nervous about having a lipo revision in the same area but decided to make a consultation appt with Plastic Surgery of Texas because I now live in the area and have driven by many times. I then googled reviews of the place and saw nothing but rave reviews of Dr. Tittle. From the first consultation to my post-op check-ins, he's been nothing but professional, empathetic, and caring. He uses cutting edge technology - I barely had any bruising this time. Literally 4 days later and I basically have no bruising. I mean it's incredible - this experience has been so smooth and pleasant compared to my first time at a different place. He "corrected" what I was unhappy. 5 stars for Dr. T.

i went to see dr. tittle for a tummy tuck and liposuction. he was the most experienced surgeon i saw and i feel he best prepared me for my surgery. the surgery went well, but my scar was not healing properly. dr tittle and his team have been so attentive, caring, and informative. he has guided me throughout the slow process of healing by listening to all my concerns, showing his care, and allaying all of my fears. he has been so accommodating with appointments, communication, supplies, information, care, i could go on. i have nothing but great things to say about this man as a surgeon and as a person. i also want to compliment the professionalism and kindness of his team. every person he has working for him is absolutely fantastic, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. even though i had a complication, it was beyond human control, and i have to say, i'm so glad i used dr tittle. i have no complaints. i'm so happy with my care and would recommend him over and over again!

Flew in from out of town and they made the whole process easy. Dr. Tittle has great skills and bedside manner. I would not hesitate to travel again to Dr.Tittle in the future!

I came to Dr. Tittle for a consult after having lip done with a different doctor that didn't change the look/shape of my abdomen. He informed me that I have diastasis recti and needed a tummy tuck to get the result I want. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Tittle and moved forward with the surgery. His confidence and excellent care by him and his staff made the process easy and stress free. The results are amazing and he did an incredible job preserving my belly button which I was very pleased with. I also did the QWO cellulite injections with him and my cellulite is gone! I had QWO treatment on the back of my legs. First session was 24 injections and after the purple bruises went off I had a cleaner skin smoother, I could believe that i was fighting cellulitis all my life and in 5 weeks i could see a smoother legs. I couldn't wait to have my second session. Today i had only 12 injections no pain and i can not wait to see the result.

My breast surgery was very complicated . I'm 76- I had implants inserted 40 years ago - before Doctors had any real training. My breast tissue had fallen - the implants were 4 inches higher. My implants had also leaked.and there was a lot of calcification to deal with. Dr. Tittle cleaned out the silicone , calcification, removed old implants - lifted my breasts back into place, repositioned my nipples, and then inserted new implants. All of this required a lot of skill - I am coming back for facial treatments next week- I trust Dr. Tittle and his desire and ability to make me beautiful. I was headed to Austin for a mommy makeover and my niece who had a BBL had the worst experience ever admitted to the hospital for weeks unable to contact the doctor who performed the surgery and everything went down hill from there. Throughout this entire process, Dr. Tittle has been extremely honest and transparent. From the consultation, he gave me realistic expectations and helped me to understand what I could expect as a result. As the days to surgery approached, he answered every question I had regarding recovery, needed supplies, and even provided me with all the necessary medications prior to arriving at the hospital. I was comfortable the entire time and appreciated his bedside manner. I was nervous about the procedure, but his confidence is what carried me along the way.

This is best plastic surgeon in the area. I had 10 consults with other dr's in the Frisco and Dallas area. I had a set of old implants that caused damage and tore my muscles. They were also from the generation of Pamela Anderson! That way you can get an idea of how large they were and the damage they cause over the years. I love working out and my chest muscles are very strong. I needed new implants, a lift ( thanks to my kids), and all the damage fixed. There are dr's that wanted to put in pig parts and mesh and some said they would not even touch my case! Some of the dr's wanted to have my case take up to 3 surgeries. As you can see none of this would work for me. Dr. Title was not 'scared' or 'nervous' about the work that needed to be done. He also did all of this in one surgery with nothing else added. It was a long surgery but all taken care of in one sitting. I have had Covid phenomena and he did not turn me away. As some Dr's did. Dr. Title went by the science of my blood work. As Long as I was healthy for surgery they he was comfortable doing it. The Staff is wonderful and personable. They are not all "Plastic" barbie dolls as some are in plastic offices. Dr Title has a great personality but all my procedures were done it was unprofessional I am very disappointed.

I scheduled a phone consult with Dr. Tittle about a month and a half ago, when the date for my appointment arrived I received no call. I called the next morning and I was told that they simply "forgot". I had to reschedule for the following week. The phone consult went well, short, but well. He told me he would be injecting my keloid with a product that I could not remember the name of after we hung up. He text me Lori (the receptionist) number and told me to schedule my appointment. The next morning I called and scheduled an appointment, and asked Lori if she could find out what product Dr. Tittle planned on injecting. She said she would ask him, but I never heard back from her. I called again today and she was quite rude, coupled with her telling me she could not find my chart, my appointment, nor did she even see the note she said she made upon me calling her previously asking about the product to be injected. I have even text Dr. Tittle a couple of time, attempting not to disturb him because I assume he's busy and I only have a simple question. This has been a very exhausting process, I have had many consultations about my scar, I have met with many doctors to try and figure out what is my best option. I am not sure if it is the current climate that has been preventing me ( a young African-american) from getting a simple response...but it is extremely disheartening to be treated this way, especially prior to putting my body (skin) in the hands of an office who has demonstrated negligence from the first encounter. Very sad, very unusual, and I will be cancelling my appointment tomorrow morning. Hope this review helps someone who is in the process of choosing an office for a procedure. Dr. Tittle is extremely skilled surgeon and a very very nice person.

I have seen Dr. Tittle for injectables and he is AH-MAZING!! He and his staff are calming, knowledgeable and professional! Dr. Tittle uses the latest and greatest, and adds experience so that the end result is superb! I will definitely be back!

Dr. Tittle is the ONLY person I trust with any injectables, laser or surgical procedure. He and the entire PST team (Dallas & Frisco) are true professionals that take their job seriously. I would like to start off by saying that Dr. Tittle did an outstanding job on my procedures and words can not even begin to describe his staff. Dr. Tittle and his team are by far the BEST in Dallas! I recently had a breast reduction and it was a very complex surgery after taking out and reducing 20 year old saline implants. I actually had a botched breast lift that was 20 years old and and I was very cautious about another surgery and surgeon. For years I have been scarred by the cellulite on the back of my legs, and this is not an exaggeration. It had caused me to cover up and not feel comfortable in my skin. I have explored a number of options to try to remedy it, which included Cellulaze, endermologie, creams, contraptions to massage it…you name it. As I was reading the American Academy of Dermatology website to review cellulite treatments and doing research on RealSelf, I came upon Cellfina and Dr. Tittle. From my initial research, I could tell Dr. Tittle had more experience in treating cellulite than many others, which was an important factor for me. While I was excited about the potential outcomes, I was certainly trepidatious. I have been hopeful before. At my consultation, Dr. Tittle was honest and frank. He explained things in plain English and gave me a realistic assessment, which I greatly appreciated. At this initial consultation, I also talked to him about my newly forming “bingo” arms. My arms were now taking on gravity. He talked to me about BodyTite, which would require a little lipo but would also tighten my arms over time. Fast forward to today, which is three weeks post surgery. I am over the moon with my results and wanted to provide insight as to what I have learned for anyone considering Dr. Tittle and/or these type procedures. I could not have asked for a better outcome for both my cellulite and my arms in just a short amount of time – all while knowing my results will continue to improve. Dr. Tittle is a perfectionist, which I can relate to and admire. On the day of surgery, he drew circles on my legs. He then turned off the lights and looked with another light to ensure he did not miss anything. To be triple sure, he also had another person look over my legs once again making sure not one dimple would be missed. Finally, he printed the pictures to show me exactly what he found and how he was going to execute his meticulous work. Throughout this process I have learned that the doctor you select will also determine the amount of bruising you will endure post surgery. At three weeks, I do not have any bruising left. Finally, I learned so much about Dr. Tittle throughout the process. Here are a few things I believe are noteworthy when considering important decisions like this one. His anesthesiologist has been with him for 28 years, which speaks volumes to his loyalty and business practices. Also, Dr. Tittle teaches both internationally and has doctors come from other states to learn from his insights and experience. Overall, I am grateful for my results and the hand holding throughout the process. He is one of a kind in an industry where I am mostly skeptical. The worst experience! I went to Dr tittle for fillers. He did Ok. When I went back after a month to see his esthetician Mary (btw he raves about her) - it went downhill. He suggested to her that she needs to do a light IPL on me but she talked me into doing the venus Viva. After 3 treatments and paying $1700 - I told her I didn’t see any difference. She then said oh this is just the beginning. You need to do microdermabrasion at least once a month ., microneedling, etc. are u kidding me! You sold me into buyjng 3 treatments of Venus viiva . You also told me that it will absolutely erase the pigmentation , scarring, large pores, smoothen lines etc. Mary and Venus viva delivered poorly. I wouldn’t go back to Dr Tittle. After paying $4000 with all the procedures I did with his office, no one dared to follow up with me. Do you research . There’s so many of them to choose from . The worst experience!
