Dr. Benjamin Franklin Thomas III

I informed another MSA physician about my symptoms during a visit and was referred to Dr. Thomas as a hand/wrist specialist. InItial appointment: Dr. Thomas takes time, asks many questions, is empathetic and responsive to concerns. He is pleasant to be with although business-like. I was able to walk-in for several quick fixes on an interesting stretch therapy "built" into the cast, Dr. Thomas' innovation, for thumb tendon surgery. On-site surgery is a great convenience

Dr. Thomas wanted to perform back surgery on me in my 20s from the beginning. I was unsatisfied with the level of care I received. He often treated me like I was stupid and did not bother to explain things. Since moving, I have gone to a spine specialist here who advised me that all of the proper tests according to the standards of care for my condition were not performed by Dr. Thomas. Since then, all of my issues have been almost completely resolved by my new doctor through nonsurgical means.
