My husband was her patient for about 6 months. He has terminal brain cancer and is suffering from depression. Understandable! She refuses to give him an antidepressant!! Kept saying "let's wait and see how he's doing in a month" What is she expecting?! Him to get over his death sentence and not be depressed anymore?! Tried to get transfered to a new neurologist and was informed the other doctors would not see another drs patient!! So we now have to find someone new, on our own, outside of the Sutter family. Horrible way to run a practice!!

Dr Harner is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She didn’t take my symptoms seriously, and then mis-diagnoses me. Eight years later, I find out the symptoms I was experiencing was because I have brain cancer. Do not waste your time or money on this doctor. I later saw a neurologist in Stockton that took me seriously and he was the reason I found out exactly what was going on with my headaches, etc. And to think I could have treated my cancer 8 years ago...when it was half the size as it is now makes me sick. Going to visit Dr. Harner was the biggest mistake. I was suffering from headaches and back pain. She ran a series of tests. Her office called me and told me I most likely had MS. She was prepared to give me medication for this disease. I refused. She then told me the pain I was feeling was just all in my head. Eight years later, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. This could have been detected years earlier if Dr. Harner was good at her job, or at least cared about her patients. Beware of this doctor. It feels like you are a means to her paycheck and nothing more.

Love Love Dr. Harner, she's a great doctor and always makes me feel comfortable. Thanks to her I no longer suffer from daily migraines !

Waited for about 2 months to get an appt with this doctor. She didn't even appear to have looked at my case history. I was there for unresolved numbness in my hand. She did an EMG with the pads, which was normal. She then asked me if she should try the needles! Told her, since I was there, to do the test. She did the test and it was normal. Asked if it could be coming from my neck and she asked if my arm hurt. She said it wasn't from my neck, would send a report and left. Waste os time.

I think the world of dr. Harner I would trust her entirely with my life anytime! I believe she is a wonderful physician and beautiful human being.i have never been rushed nor have I never felt that I have had less than her total attention From what I have observed she is overly dedicated to her profession if anything...it is truly a calling in her case not just a job...what more could anyone dream of in a doctor !,she has my loyalty and trust!,,respect and care!

I saw her poor reviews prior my visit. However, since the comments I read were a year+ old, I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt…. She was as cold as a fish. NOT engaging at all. It was as if she was rushing through my tests and gave no real responses to my questions. She gave No suggestions or recommended courses of action. I would NOT recommend her to anyone – let alone a friend or family. BEWARE!!
