I like Dr Waddleton. I seen her on my first visit for Cardio Therapy. She shows concern and listens. She steps into the Cardio Therapy room on occasions to say hi

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Very kind but tells you straight about your health. She has been my physician for several years. Always listens closely to what I have to say. She is very courteous & respectful. Great bedside manner. She is so easy to communicate with. She never intimidated or bully’s me.

I’m a veteran. And doing the community care through Dr. Walton has been a nightmare. I have not been able to get the appropriate care. Getting billed for stuff that should be taken care of by the VA. Roger waters it doesn’t really listen to what I have to say. She decides she knows what’s best about really understanding the veterans. Asked for an allergy test. I still have not gotten it and it’s been seven months. Secondly, I’m a veteran went through community care to get services through dr. Waddlton. Dr. Wattleton was unable to care for me appropriately. And I have been getting billed by other services that was referred to me by Dr. Walton. That should not be billed to me should be billed to the VA. Scheduling the referral to Dr. Walton is a nightmare.

People in this office are rude and unhelpful

Was treated like a drug addict because I take vicodine, I went in for heart, pulmonary and diabetes referral, never once asked about pain medication, then she asked about my criminal history because my prior PCP was part of UTMB and was told I was probably in prison for drugs because I use UTMB, IVE NEVER BEEN MADE FEEL LIKE THAT AT A DRS VISIT, very very unprofessional and will be reporting her...... My mom placed a lot of faith in Waddleton because she wanted treatment close to home. After her death, looking back over the years, it was a bad decision.
